Use their box lunches three days in a row for an on the site job with a team of 30 people first order was on short notice they rocked it out of the park. Their chocolate chip cookies are one of the best chocolate chip cookies in food service make sure you get one or 12.

Please caution your staff to be more careful. I requested one lb of ham to make sliders for my family’s Easter celebration. I opened the package on Easter afternoon to prepare the sliders to find I had paid $17 for TURKEY. I HATE turkey, as do several of my family members. Honestly didn’t even realize you carried turkey. Hopefully someone will eat it as I will be making chicken strips for the rest of us. When I checked the package, it was clearly labeled TURKEY. Don’t know how such a careless mistake occurred but PLEASE ask your staff to pay more attention. I will inspect any future orders I may place.

Honey Baked Ham Rock Hill SC would be great if not for certain staff. I ordered a whole 10 lb ham and prepaid online. The store website didn’t have a whole smoked turkey listed under products. So I ordered one via shipping. I called the local store the next day and asked if they had any whole smoked turkeys in stock. I was told a truck had just delivered them. A regional manager named Kim went out of her way to make sure I had a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving. I had already canceled my shipping order. On a different note, I called the store to let them know my brother would be picking up the order. My brother also had his own order to pick up. He had emails with a large QR code stating that his orders were paid for. The lady at the counter gave him a difficult time even with proof of payment. The only item that he needed to pay for was the smoked turkey I reserved. Kim, the general manager intervened so my brother could pickup both orders. This is not the first time we had difficulty due to staff at Honey Baked Ham Rock Hill SC. Approximately 2 years ago my brother and I reserved our orders. The staff at Honey Baked Ham Rock Hill SC will sell reserved orders. When we arrived to pick up our reserved smoked turkeys a staff member said “we could not come off the street asking for turkeys.”We showed proof via email that we reserved our turkeys. They said they only had Cajun turkeys left. We remained polite despite rude staff. They said we could not take turkeys that others had paid for. I told them I had no intention of taking turkeys from others. We purchased the whole Cajun turkeys. The option to reserve items should not be offered if a shortage in supply will result in the selling of reserved items.I will order via shipping next year. I will gladly pay extra for shipping to avoid the hostile environment of Honey Baked Ham Rock Hill SC.

I had an issue with my turkey and Blake the manager was so kind to come up with a solution. I’m very pleased with the kind service and how clean the inside was 🙂 It is very hard to find kind service. I will definitely be back !!! The hams and turkeys are delicious, if you have not tried you will regret it. The best part is the caramelized glaze on top omg to die for.

Went and pick up a ham for Thanksgiving and there had to be 50 or 60 people in line to pick up pre-ordered hams. Thought it would take forever to get my order but line moved quickly. Was very surprised that it moved so fast.
