Breathtaking sunset views along the waterfront. People were friendly on a first name basis serving very good food that was somewhat healthy. Walked and waited for awhile for a table boot could order drinks or take out with little wait.

Absolutely the single best lobster rolls I have ever had. The view of Lake Champlain is idyllic, the farm to table food is fresh and very well done, and the atmosphere can’t be beat.

You are paying for the ambiance and the most gorgeous lake side views. The place itself is small, get there early! All outdoor seating, mostly shaded and if it’s sunny, you can always request an umbrella. The food itself was good, but mostly expensive and frankly overpriced. The Philly Cheesesteak was well portioned and full of flavor. The lobster roll was good but dry and small. I wasn’t a fan of the Mediterranean quinoa salad, but thats just my personal taste. The pork shoulder tacos were 2 small tacos for $13?

Very nice setting at the waters edge. A few minutes outside of downtown. Right behind the coast guard building. Pretty good menu. Excellent quality. Portion sizes are okay not huge. Great cheese steak, one of the best in the last 10 years. We went during lunch hours, however I can see how it would be very nice at sunset. Not that many tables there. Order and pay at the till, they will then bring the food to you.

Didn’t try their drinks but their $18 pita with frozen falafel from Restaurant Depot was on the bad side and really skimpy. The only dish we liked was the truffle fry. Condiment selection wasn’t good for a place that charges $16 for two tacos the view is ok but you have to be really drunk to overlook the food

This is a very nice area to eat outside and watch the sunset. The food was amazing but it was very expensive. We got 3 lobster rolls and 1 order of truffle fries (just water for drinks) and it was over $100. It was a great experience but if I get the chance to come back to Burlington I don’t think I would be able to pay that much again.

Beautiful place to stop for a quick bite on Lake Champlain! I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and it tasted super fresh. My husband got the soft crab sandwich and he loved it. Craft beers were delish. View definitely took the win! Left no crumbs

Husband and I enjoyed the food; however it was overpriced for what it was. Great location and the staff is clearly working hard. We were told there was a 25 minute wait. By the time we got the text it was 30 minutes. We were seated 55 minutes later. Getting a table vs. ordering was very disorganized. Everyone kept asking if we were in line. We didn’t know. We were told were next on the list to be seated then owners friends/family took the table we were supposed to get. Wouldn’t have been as frustrating if we had not waited almost an hour. I was definitely getting hangry. I want to give it another try but I’m not sure if it’s worth it.

Food is excellent. However house rules are, you leave your credit card with the cashier. Oddly the cashier had a hard time handing out the proper, rightful cards to the owners. Go figure with all the latest paying tech out there. So just be aware. Beyond that the location is great with views of the marina. Cycling trail is a stones through away and very convenient as a fueling stop.
