I ordered and picked up our turkey and ham for Thanksgiving the day before Thanksgiving this year. It was easy to order, and when I got there, although we had to wait in line, it wasn’t that long. They had my orders ready, and I was in and out. The turkey and ham were SO GOOD! I highly recommend Honey Baked Ham any time!

We ordered 2 hams for 2 different family events over the Thanksgiving holiday. The hams were excellent as always, and they were ready to go when they said they would be even though they were slammed!!! Great customer service and well run!!

Where do I begin. How do you have something on your menu and not serve it for people. Mac n cheese apparently is in the frozen section only not a “hot side”. You had to put 3 things on my plate i guess 2 out of 3 isn’t half bad. Come on get with it. I don’t even wanna talk about the people behind the counter……hey why don’t you all just sit down there some more. Pretty professional by the big Ole manager looking character. Don’t really need to say more but if you would like i can0

Service has been lack luster and the hygiene is something to check in on saw A big white guy with a durag walk out of the bathroom with a cup with food in it I used to always come here to get the ham bone but after recently getting sick I will take my business else where . Also when I’ve gone there recently for a ham classic sandwich I asked for a remake and they messed it up again the a black gentleman stunk of reefer. I would highly recommend the Pleasantburg location!!!

We have been reserving our thanksgiving turkey breasts online for years. Never had a problem until this year. My husband shows up and was told they were out. What is the point of a reservation system if the store is going to be unprepared? Being out of an item at noon the day before thanksgiving is ridiculous anyway. They were only filling PREPAID reservations. Nowhere online does it say you have to prepay to reserve. We have done reservations without prepaying for 5 plus years and never had an issue. I don’t know if they are under new management or what but this location really dropped the ball this holiday season!

Always dependable. I use Costco discount gift cards to help with the cost. Those gift cards are my Christmas presents for about 4 family members each year.
