The food was ok I ordered a turkey and bacon sandwich. Nice portion size. There was one employee working she was nice. The store was clean. There were two customers seated when I came into the restaurant.

Many thanks to owner/manager Jackie, and to store associate Tonya for great service to facilitate our Easter weekend. After having tried to call another HBH store in Raleigh several times, we decided to pick-up in Morehead City. Jackie and Tonya were very caring and considerate, the store was very clean, and it was well supplied with every food selection we wanted. The ham and turkey as well as the sides were delicious. So, if you are headed to the beach from the Raleigh area, give Jackie a try. We were very glad we did!

Clean & friendly place. Not enough seats inside. They had tables set up to displace items for sale. These tables would have been better used as seating. I have 6 children. We had to eat outside on my tailgate and there was only 1 couple eatting inside.

It is the crazy holiday season! I stood in line with everyone ordering their hams for Thanksgiving, looking forward to a tavern club sandwich. I just moved here and I haven’t been to a HoneyBaked Ham company for a long time. I was treating myself today. I received my order and it happened to be the wrong sandwich and I was upset at first because I hate getting what I didn’t pay for but I walked back up to the register and spoke with someone in the back and they promptly corrected my order and gave me an extra treat for the error. Under normal circumstances I would have rated them just for getting my order wrong and scoring them lower. If it were not for the person who remade my sandwich and I don’t know the gentleman’s name but he was so kind and so apologetic that I really appreciated the good customer service. It’s rare today and I just want to make it clear that I am grateful for every human being that is working today because they don’t have to work! Nobody has to work anymore because they get compensated for being home which is ridiculous and appalling but I digress… I want to say thank you to the gentleman who remade my sandwich. You’re doing a great job and your customer service is exemplary! So thank you for being here today. I appreciate you!

The Website states the hours from 10am to 3pm on Saturday. I reserved a ham portion for Saturday. I’ll spare you the details of my schedule and how that aggravates the whole situation. Suffice it to say I arrived at 10am and the door was locked. I waited till 10:20 and gave it 10 more minutes before I left. I also called the store and the message, although recorded for Thanksgiving, said after Thanksgiving day they would be open normal hours, 10-3. Alas, a car pulled up and the person walked up to the door, unlocked it, and went in. I thought it myself it would be irritating if I barged in so I gave it another 10 minutes or so knowing I was compromising my schedule. I walked to the door and sadly was met with vitriol and distain. Was told they were closed and would not open til 11:00. I kindly reminded the person of their stated hours both online and voice message and to cancel the order. The “look” . Oh that telling “look”. Wasn’t oozing with concern. So I left never to return to that store. I did however make time to go by the store in Rocky Mount where I was treated with respect and they made an exception to get me a ham. I love their ham. Just not “the look”.

I eat lunch regularly at Honey Baked Ham Co in Morehead City and am always treated like family. Ms. Teresa and her team are exceptionally kind to all of their patrons and of course the food is excellent. I hate to see them with less than a 5 star rating because Rack Room does not have a public restroom.

We buy all our holiday hams here and they are always delicious. We also get lunch here, their sandwiches might cost a little more but they are well worth it and the service is always great. We have never been disappointed here.

Very rude. We stoped into rack room shoes to get the kids a new pair of shoes for school before heading to Honey Baked Ham, while in rack room my 3 year old had to use the restroom so my fiance ran over to Honey Baked Ham and asked if she could use the rest room. The womans response was the restrooms were for costumers only so my fiance had to go ahead and buy a drink and purposely being very slow, and when handing the change back to my fiance the woman told her she didnt have to snatch the money. So needless to say we did not go there after leaving rack room. And will not go there in the future. I can understand limiting the restroom use to customers but shes 3 years old about to pee in her pants, come on.
