Came here for lunch and it’s usually really good. Fast and courteous service. But this time was very different. Had to wait a while to put my order in that’s fine I can wait while you take care of your drive thru. But rushing me and almost putting my food on the floor because I’m paying for my food and you can’t wait for me to pull my card and put it back in my wallet. Lawanda if you’re the manager be better. Sorry I came for food and somehow put you in a shitty mood while only your drive thru is busy.

Usually I like panda express… but tonight OMG…. it looks like someone ate part of my dinner… my husband and I have the same thing. Fried rice, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. I asked for teriyaki sauce on the rice. So my husband owns it and says ‘I guess you are some on the drive home?’ It looks like some body ate 1/2 my dinner… and only 1 package of teriyaki sauce. None on the rice or the chicken … my dinner on right his on the left.

I noticed black patrons get less serving size than others before the pandemic of Covid. They used to give you one and a half scoops with a bigger scooper then they went to a smaller scooper and other races get two big scoops and I noticed blacks get barely one scoop. I’m not patronizing this business any longer even my 10 year old grandson Complaint when he seen his Serving size. I used to bring people that Never ate there before who’s from this county. And my grandson complained about the same thing would not eat there for over a year unless I bring her something from there, but let me reassure you Lost another customer I will never go to your establishment again, and I will complain to corporate. In Waldorf, Maryland if you buy dinner, you get the spring rolls with for $1.50. All I hear is mouth service and they try to act like we want to be argument. If I’m not being argumentative it was very clear that I was not given the proper serving so I’m never gonna go there again.

Food unknown taste because of how long the food took to get. Promised time for Order was 820 came to the window and said it would be 5 mins for the honey walnut came back to the window at 830 and they said it still wasn’t ready. Unreal wait time for an order I put in 30 minutes prior to pick up. You’re saying it takes 40 mins to make some mid shrimp. That’s diabolical. Anyway probably won’t be coming back to the location. Do better panda. How are you going to have the word “Express” In your name and my order takes longer then 45 minutes…..

I ordered a cub meal through Uber Eats. It came WITHOUT the Teriyaki chicken. The manager was nice and apologized, he was cool. But, Panda Express needs better employees if 3 of them called out on a Friday.
