HBH is one of our holiday traditions and we’ve never been disappointed with our Ham’s.
I have to say the service and atmosphere is usually great but this time of year everyone can get testy quickly when dealing with disrespectful, entitled, and rude spoiled brats… So give’m a break. Is it worth the money once a year on a major holiday anything that gets me out of the kitchen and with my family then YES! Bone in half ham, the bone makes the best Bean Soup base!

I don’t know how you could place a negative review at this location. I have been here for several holidays per year for the past 5 years. I gave Joy a very complicated multi-family member order this Christmas with a ton of moving parts, on extremely short notice. She executed like it was no big deal. All of our family members got EXACTLY what we ordered with zero mistakes. Yes its expensive. But its worth every penny….try the smoked turkey and ribs as well!

At various other Honey baked hams I’ve ordered the bone-in ham sliced. It’s delicious and perfect. BUT at this location, despite it being on the menu, the manager refused to prepare it. ” we only have it rarely. It’s expensive to break down a ham. We only do it when a ham is about to go bad. I can’t tell you when we’ll have it.”. Now why has there never been an issue at any of the other places I’ve gotten the ham?? Also if they’re menu is part of the business model and you don’t like it, or won’t fulfill the order, don’t open the franchise!

Placed a catering order for whole ham for Xmas party and it showed up cold with frozen Mac and cheese. It’s not catering but just delivery even though I asked for catering. Owner failed to rectify situation even though I told his employee I wanted to serve it at 4, which would not allow time for heating. Some guest needed to leave and couldn’t wait for ham to heat up. It was a disaster.
