Stopped by to get some coffee to-go and loved the place!
Inside was actually spacious and really looked neat. I tried their Banana Pancake latte special and it was delicious! We also got just plain oatmilk latte and brewed coffee as well as some cookies (smores, confetti) and all were pretty good! not to mention the latte arts were perfect and service was friendly!
Loved that they have a separate space for little kids to play (which you pay $7 for). Im sure the parents appreciate this – having a place for coffee while also letting smaller kids enjoy. They have babycinno too!
Parking can be hard as its street parking only but there are some garages available if you dont mind walking a bit. Would love to return someday for a sit-down experience.

Ordered on Too Good to go . They only had one left . I thank God I picked it ! The bag was full of cookies . All soft cookies too . And one savory scone! Def one of my fav buys ! I would come back !!!

The best Cinnamon roll I have ever had!
While you need to get in line as soon as they open, and most likely you will be waiting for 30 minutes, the wait is by far worth it and they are very efficient in making sure every is served quickly.
The Cinnamon rolls are only available on select days so make sure to check when.
The coffee and other pastries are also spectacular so its still worth making the trip on non Cinnamon roll days as the line will be non existent.

After hearing about The Hive’s cinnamon rolls on Instagram, I had to try to secure one for myself and YES they are worth the hype! My cinnamon roll was warm and sweet (but not too sweet) and was HUGE. Perfect amount of frosting to roll ratio! For the quality, size, and the fact that this is a local cafe, I think that the price was completely worth it. I highly recommend that people try it out!

Got in line at 7:20 for their famous cinniebuns and was one of the first to grab one when they came out of the oven at 8am!! Absolutely worth it, what an awesome spot and I always get a Cereal Milk Latte while there – the perfect way to start the day! The rainbow cookie special this month is the best but all of them look amazing, also a great go-to for coffee and other pastries ☕

This was my first time at the hive and it was well worth it! I was nervous I would be standing in a line for 30min + based on most of the reviews, there is usually a long line to grab a cinnamon roll. I was super lucky walked in around 10:30am on a summer Sunday morning, did not wait at all! I was able to get 2 cinnamon rolls, a classic and a summer special strawberry. They were both delicious! I also had a lavender latte, not a huge fan of it but wanted to try something on their menu. The cinnamon rolls are very hyped up but in my opinion they are good not anything I would brag about. I know next time if I wanted on I would NOT stand in a line for it. I am glad i decided to try out this spot and the atmosphere is super cut and great place to grab a coffee and sit. I def recommend trying it out if you have not.

What a cute and quaint coffee shop! We got up extra early to grab one of the “famous” cinnies, as they are only served Fri-Sun.
OMG! Delicious is an understatement.
We were grateful it was a not a super busy morning, as our wait was less than 10 minutes (arrived at 7:58am).
We also enjoyed several coffee drinks as well as the delicious cheddar scone!
Don’t sleep on this place! You will not be disappointed.

I recently went to the hive to try their well known cinnamon rolls. The store opens at 8am but there was a +40 people line by the time I got the around 7:50am. It took about 1 hour and 20 min from the moment I got into the line to get the cinnamon buns. They had the original and cannoli. I got 2 of both. Outside is dog friendly but pets are not allowed in the venue. The staff was nice and had good attitudes. They have an amazing assortment of pastries and baked goods.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made excellent recommendations that did not disappoint.
The food was served promptly, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. What stood out the most, though, was how every team member worked together seamlessly — it really showed that customer satisfaction is their top priority.
I left feeling valued and appreciated as a guest. It’s rare to find service this consistent and genuine. I’ll definitely be returning soon and recommending this restaurant to friends and family!
