OMG this is an amazing place in the hamlet of Niwot! We had the best experience and food at this lovely restaurant! The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable! I Had the best Chimichanga I’ve ever had and I’ve tried a lot. Their carnitas is award winning and I can see why!!

Wow! I’ve never had Mexican food of this level before – this was truly an experience! The waiter was very helpful and recommended the carne asada tacos – which were absolute perfection (see photo) I will definitely be back for more.

Woah, what a rushed experience. We came in two hours before close on a Sunday. There was limited time to look at the drink or food menu, eat, or feel welcome having more time there. I asked for more time with the menu in two-minute increments until another server came to force an order for food. Our accompaniments came moments after/ before the meal which was also super fast, and then we were checked on to pay and go several times. The second server said we could take our margs to go? The first touched my shoulder and said we could stay? It was rushed; I am not sure why. It was an expensive disappointment. Had I a moment, perhaps I could review the average food.

My wife and I met friends at Raza Fresa last evening for dinner. What a fabulous time! The food, the service, and the atmosphere were all first rate. The owner and his wife were particularly welcoming and attentive. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to go back!

Great service. Server checked on us multiple times. Our chips and salsa were kept filled. We were there for all-day happy hour and the margaritas were large and tasty. Our food was good; lots of entree choices. Full bar available.

Never had a chicken burrito with carrots, cauliflower and broccoli. It wasn’t terrible, but isn’t what I was expecting or wanted when this was advertised as “Authentic” Mexican food.
Pretty disappointed, I think if you want to serve healthy choices to Boulder snowflake hipsters, then just be honest about what you are…Authentic is not an accurate description.

The chip’s we’re fresh and salsa very good. Great House margarita. I got The Discada
meat lovers delight!! this is a sauteed mixture of steak, bacon, chorizo sausage, ground beef, pico de gallo & spices. served on a sizzling plate accompanied by another plate of rice, beans, sour cream & guacamole. served with warm tortillas. Meat had Great flavor! Service Was fast and friendly. Very clean inside I recommend.

I never thought I would say something I teach my own kids NOT to do about another person. This server was walking away as we would talk, not acknowledge us and almost threw us the check. Never going there again!

Came all the way from Canada and can honestly say this is THE BEST mexican food I’ve had in my life!!! The carne asada was exquisite + the plate was HUGE, and the mango margarita was to die for. Totally recommend!!

Absolutely love this location! Whether it’s for a business lunch or date night, you can’t go wrong. Recently renovated the inside is much brighter and more open than before. If you’re fortunate enough to go during the spring/summer you can enjoy their lovely outdoor patio (It’s even dog friendly!) The Jalapeno Ajuua appetizer dish is my absolute favorite! They pair fabulously with their House or Coin Style Margaritas. The food and drink menus are extensive so you are almost guaranteed to find something to suit everyone’s tastes. The service is great, from the bartenders, to the servers, to the host and the manager, everyone is kind, courteous and attentive. They also have no hesitations when it comes to adjustments to fit dietary needs which is always great! Thanks Raza, Keep doing your thing!
