I’m relatively new to Springfield and I like checking out all of the interesting dining out options as my late wife and I used to do. I read some reviews about The Hill, and was looking forward to checking it out myself. I absolutely loved the restaurant; the food was good, the service was good, and very friendly, and I liked the atmosphere. The wait staff ladies were all very cute too. I’ll definitely be back. This was just a first time look and see experience, and I only sampled a few items. The little canoli’s were slightly hard to bite down on with my dental implants but still delicious. I made sure to tip over 20% on my $16 dollar Sunday senior lunch.

Amazing service, even had gluten-free pasta. The tiramisu was the best one I’ve ever had in my life. And the cannolis were great. And the muscles were so good that I ate like 5 pounds of muscles. And all the pasta and choices were fantastic.

Heard about this place and finally tried it with the wife for a Friday lunch. Not a large selection of foods, but still a great variety. The staff did great to keep the line fresh and full. The server was very attentive and would check on us on a regular basis. The floor in the dining room was very sticky, but everything seemed clean and comfortable. We will come again and bring the kids.

For a Sunday lunch buffet you expect them to be ready for the amount of crowd. The food was barely holding up to the number of guest. Staff was very frantic and allover the place. The flavor is lacking the Italian flare. Pasta in all stations were over cooked tasteless and watered down. Fazolis dare I say it taste better than this. Dessert selection was okay but very questionable. They would have been better off serving fresh fruits, pies and maybe a vanilla cake with fresh fuits. The soup however was good. There are a few that I enjoyed like seafood bisque it was quite tasty. The spinach and artichoke dip tho watery was flavorful.

They have an incredible selection to choose from. All different kinds of pastas with several sauces to create your own plate, soups, pizza, and so much more. The food itself, however was a little on the bland side and I needed to season it up at my table. As for dessert, they have just as much variety. Tiramisu, creme brulee, and fudge cakes, several different kinds of ice cream, and the best part of all was rhe crepe station. The price was pretty reasonable for the amount of selections they have. And the service is fantastic. All the servers were very friendly and attentive.

There’s plenty of parking and the location is good. The outside isn’t the prettiest, but it is what it is. The inside is definitely different. The host was nice and the server was great. No complaints about the drinks. The buffet was small, but it had enough variety to try. They even had spinach dip! Not the best, but it was satisfying—maybe just needs a little more cheese or something.
The kids did say the sauce was too runny, but I suggested adding cheese to thicken it up. Overall, it’s a great buffet, especially for pasta. They also have some seafood options, plus an ice cream section and soup. Cute place! I’ll definitely be returning.

I had to do a double take when I saw the sign claiming an all you can eat Italian restaurant. I was skeptical. Good thing my granddaughter wanted to go inside. She loved it and I was surprised by the number of options. My tummy was full before trying all the options that were available.
The price of the all you can eat meal was a typical price for a regular, one-item dinner option at almost any other restaurant, which impressed me. I would definitely eat here again when I need to go to Springfield.

Took my mom there for lunch it was a nice all yiu can eat buffet. Drinks cost extra but for a buffet it was fairly good. I wish the pizza was open, but enjoyed the beef ravioli and the cheese pasta. The deserts were really good my favorite was the creme brulie cake.

The website claims they are inspired by The Hill in South Saint Louis. The only thing that may reflect that even remotely is the decor. Anyone from The Hill in South Saint Louis would not even consider serving this “food” to their dog. The food was horrible. Everything obviously comes in frozen or microwavable. It was absolutely disgusting. I would rather eat at Fazoli’s than here. We basically had to hunt down our waitress and beg for refills on our drinks. Seriously, if you’re in Springfield and want Italian, go to Olive Garden. This place even managed to burn the ends of the bread sticks. Smh
You can get better pasta from Chef Boyardee.

Food was fine considering that it was a buffet and that I arrived there during their last hour open. Service was wonderful and all dishes were kept available. The desert crepes was superb with a scoop of real vanilla ice cream added, per request. I went by myself so I missed the opportunity to get other friends opinions about specific foods. Will be back with my wife and/or friends.
