Brandon was such a great guy and super friendly and his brother at other restaurant is such a great person. So happy to see this younger generation making this world a better place. Olive Garden and the restaurant Brandon’s brother works at are the best in ft Walton. Every time Brandon walked by he smiled and said hello and he was not even my server! I also liked the waitresses and how they kept bringing me more of your amazing soups!!!

Came in around 12:45p, on a Tuesday afternoon for girls-day-out lunch! The hostess was friendly and accommodating, making it possible for my granddaughter & her friend, to have a table directly next to us! Our server, Kate M. provided fantastic service, and was knowledgeable about all the menu items! Our teas were refilled as needed, and her special attention to detail, like extra napkins, clearing plates and treating our kiddos as “young ladies”, made it such a wonderful & fun dining experience! We will definitely be making plans to visit this Olive Garden again! Highly recommend anyone who wants a lovely Italian meal, to come here! Everything was top notch!
Update: We came in on a Saturday night, hostess was friendly & sat us quickly. Michele was our server, & she was top notch! She was knowledgeable the menu items, and made sure we had everything we needed! Our wine, & warm breadsticks were served, then came our salad(the cold plates were a nice touch!) Michele added freshly grated Parmesan cheese to our salad & my Chicken Marsala! The food was fresh and served in large portions, & cooked just right!

I rarely leave 1-star reviews and don’t like to complain, but this was really disappointing. I made a reservation 10 hours in advance, yet when we arrived to check in, we were pushed to the back. Almost 45 minutes later we get seated!! That’s not acceptable—especially for a birthday when we’re on a schedule. I come here often and always treat the staff well, so I expect the same consideration in return. This experience honestly ruined what was supposed to be a special celebration… I will say our waiter Isaac did and amazing and was sweet!!! but the front host are the face of this place, Do better!!

Absolutely amazing !! The food was incredibly fresh and felt authentic! I felt like my soul was about to ascend to the heavens when I took the first bite of my meal. Surprisingly, our food came quickly despite the restaurant being quite full. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm, while also being elegant and posh at the same time! Not to mention, our waitress was just awesome! She was very friendly and was just so lovely to have as our waitress. All in all, the food was amazing, service was immaculate, and the atmosphere is top notch! We will definitely be coming back!

It was our first time dining at Olive Garden (except for my husband), and overall it was a great experience. After we were seated, we waited for a bit without anyone checking on us—but thankfully, a server who wasn’t even assigned to our table noticed we needed help. She stepped in, assisted us right away, and ended up serving us throughout the meal. The food was delicious, and we really appreciated the attentive service. Big thanks to that server for anticipating our needs and making our first visit a pleasant one!

It had been a while since we last visited Olive Garden, but we were pleasantly surprised this time around! The food was really good, with each dish hitting the mark. The service was superb, and the atmosphere was awesome – perfect for a family night out.
The portions were actually decent for the price, and with the unlimited soup and salad, everyone left feeling full and satisfied. We even got some breadsticks to take home with us, which was a nice bonus.
We’ll definitely be back, and I recommend others give it a try. Olive Garden has really stepped up its game!

Aaron and Sue at this location are AMAZING. I work across the street and my boss and I split the soup and salad meal a few times a week. We look forward to it every day each time that I walk in there those two specifically have been so incredibly kind, accommodating, and fun to interact with I’ve been a server for multiple years, and people like that truly make Your experience. If there was an option for 100 stars, I would’ve selected that or both of those amazing team members. Service like that deserves to be recognized and I have no Following up until that happens!
