We went for brunch after our newspaper recommended it as the best brunch place in 2023. I ordered the brunch nachos and they were delicious and not too spicy. The portion was so large I only finished half. The chicken and waffles was typical but was a good portion for 2 toddlers. The eggs Benedict was well cooked however the potatoes were a bit under cooked. The potatoes had a nice flavor but needed to be a bit crispy.

Some of the best wings in Connecticut! Great drinks, beer selection and amazing service. Thanks Alyssa and Teresa! Our third visit to try the multitude of wing sauces. Burgers, beef stew and Cobb salad are great too!

First time visiting and would definitely go back. Food was great, also a very reasonable price. Service was great, attentive without being too much. I’m a very plain eater, chicken and fries type of guy, but my wife likes more complex food and their menu suited us both so kudos there to the chef. We went about 2.30pm so it wasn’t really busy either so it might be busier earlier in the day.

We’ve gone here twice now at different times of the night. There can be a short wait right at Dinner. Our servers have been Kelsey, Mckinsey and Theresa. This place is a must go to not for the food but the drinks. The Orange Blossom Martini and the Orange Vibration drinks are phenomenal. With the juke box cranking tunes in the background this place is rockin’. With our second visit complete we are trying everything on the menu but have only made it to the wings section. We’ve had seven different apps, a couple different types of wings and I’ve tried multiple soups. Service is great, the folks a genuinely interested in your needs and pay close attention to you. We will be going back this hole in the wall is only going to get more popular.

We called ahead to take out, and when my husband got there the bartender was talking to another waitress, while we were waiting for our food to be bagged. The wings were dry and tasteless. The tacos had no seasoning, and the quesadilla was almost as bad. And it cost us $62 and we couldn’t eat it.

So many food options! We did 4 drinks, two apps and two entrees for under $100. Everything was so good!

Overall, we enjoyed our dinner here. The panini was decent, and both types of fries were good (although some of the sweet potato fries were slightly overcooked). The burger was tasty but definitely closer to medium rare rather than the requested medium. There was an interesting variety of music and the service was friendly.

One my favorite local spots when I’m out riding. The beer cheese is amazing. Especially for dipping your burger. Always great drinks and food. And great service as always Biker friendly and outside seating is available. The Chipotle Bison burger was very Yummy!! Fries weren’t crispy. But very good. They even had chocolate syrup for my Guinness and chocolate (Thin Lizzy) My new favorite idea. Lol

Didn’t quite live up to what we hoped this would be. Cheese sauce for the pretzel sticks was very runny. Macaroni was decent. Wings weren’t very flavorful and came missing one. They did bring another quickly when we pointed it out, but it had a ton of raw garlic dumped on top which completely burned my mouth. We dont really want to watch Fox News at a restaurant either.

Out for a drive and came across this very unassuming bar restaurant in Ellington.
