I tried their loaded tater tots their homemade Mac and cheese and there Total wreck cheeseburger everything tasted wonderful.
Top notch service
We arrived at 6pm with a reservation and were immediately seated. This location is downtown, and streetside is available. The overall restaurant space is on the smaller size but was grateful the tables were a decent distance apart.
Our waitress immediately greeted us with a genuine smile and took our drink orders. I ordered a Mango Margarita and my companion ordered The Last Straw. Both drinks were very good but companion noted that when she had The Last Straw in their Nashua location, the Strawberries were muddled, which she preferred. The Bacon Board we ordered was just spectacular. It was accompanied by some sliced baguette and a smoked bacon shallot jam, which I could’ve eaten all on its own (note to self: learn how to make the bacon shallot jam). For dinner, I ordered the Big Bad Wolf burger. They nailed the medium rare perfectly. This is a burger I could order every single time. With pork belly maple confit and a blueberry jam on it, it was a party in my mouth. Companion ordered The Sweet Chili Chicken Rice. While it was a but spicy for her tastes, I sampled and thought it was exactly how I would have expected it to be. This was a well balanced rice dish.
All in all, just a fabulous meal and heartily recommend to others. Can’t wait to go back!
The food selections / specials are always good and I’ve tried something different every time I’ve been in. Pictured is the chicken, bacon, ranch flatbread with no bacon. That was a little odd as the onions completely took over it, as did the BBQ flavored (?) drizzle.. I would think they should consider renaming that to a BBQ chicken flatbread with bacon. Also pictured are two different types of wings, both of which were flavorful and crispy – no gross slimy pieces or parts, however, they seemed a bit tough to bite through. The buffalo chicken lettuce wraps that a friend got and seemed to enjoy look super tasty, and lastly the garlic cheese curds which were good too however it’s another dish with a rather strange sauce hidden in there (mojo sauce?).
Our server was very kind and helpful. I would say it was a pretty average visit!
Overall I think if you like non-traditional, kicked up bar food, this is totally the place for you! I will be back to try other items I think in the future, once outside seating is available. 🙂
I had the Hawaiian Burger with onion rings(which were particularly good) my Wife had the Cuban with Tots. Parking behind the shop even gave us a discount.
The food was delicious. We started with the Buffalo chicken egg roll and then had a fried chicken sandwich and a burger. They were all really good.
The fries are perfection. Could not stop eating them.
Prices weren’t bad.
