Tried this restaurant for breakfast while visiting my daughter and son in law, my breakfast was ok, my son in law ordered a breakfast with refried beans which he thought came from a can. Everyone’s taste are different you have to judge yourself.

Love the food here! Great American diner style breakfast. The service is amazing, they always check to make sure you got coffee or if your drinks need refilling. Would highly recommend the omelettes or breakfast burrito.

I went to have breakfast with my mom and my 1 1/2 year old son. Lexi and Sierra were amazing to us. Very welcoming and friendly. Very attentive to my us and my son. I loved to service it was very much more than exceptional! Over all it was a great experience! Definitely would recommend and will be going back again. Food was very good Perfect to what we ordered .Thank you ladies! 🙂

I want to give the place 4.5 stars. THe food was good and definitely came out fresh, so that was awesome. The service staff was all super friendly and attentive. I’d deduct the 1/2 star cause it was really slow, it just took a while to get our food. But that happens sometimes, so I’m not taking a star away yet. I did enjoy the food, we tried the CEO burger, French Dip, mozzarella sticks and the Club Sandwich. No complaints. Great garlic fries too!

I love love love this place so much! I have lived in the area for years and always wanted to try this place but never did until about almost 2 years ago when me and boyfriend first started dating and I told him to let’s go try this place out. I was always attracted to the old Hollywood 50s theme and this place gives all of those feels and more. First off everyone is super nice here and I love that it is family owned and ran.I also love the food and especially the thick, creamy, and flavorful country gravy and the sweet, bubbly, and crisp mimosa. I can put the country gravy on everything lol and I have to have the delicious strawberry pineapple mimosa every visit!The food is always fresh and have that homemade with love taste. I thought maybe my first experience here I got lucky with the food and service but no EVERYTIME I have visited I get the same homey service and family vibe experience. I have made this my regular spot and even tho I used to only visit with my boyfriend( this was “our spot”) now I have brung friends and family here because I want everyone to experience the love I feel here.I even visit often alone and the 20 minutes I travel to here is worth every second. Being experienced as a server and cook myself, I can really appreciate an establishment like this.

Another wonderful Sunday breakfast at Hollywood Café in Lodi. Even though it was bustling, the staff remained warm, friendly, and attentive. My Bloody Mary was seasoned to perfection, and our breakfast came out quickly—perfect before a day of errands. The portions are generous, the service is consistently outstanding, and everything is always spot-on. Love this spot!

Meal can get expensive if you’re not watching the menu closely. I ordered two eggs and I was asked if I wanted bacon, answered yes without realizing it would cost $3 more. Total breakfast for two was $30 plus tip.

Hands down, Hollywood Family Cafe is an excellent cafe!
The moment I walked in the door, a bright and cheery “Hello” was directed my way. Smiles on all the faces of the friendly servers.
I sat at the counter and ordered a breakfast of biscuits and gravy, 2 eggs, 2 sausage links, fruit and orange juice. Prepared perfectly and served hot. Crumpled bacon scattered across the top of the biscuits and gravy. Homemade salsa too! Very nice touches!
The decor is an homage to the Lucille Ball/Frank Sinatra/Elvis Presley/Marilyn Monroe era of Hollywood. The photos, posters, memorabilia and more are really something to see. I loved it.
Super special mention to the gals working there. Not only did they do their jobs most excellently, they did it with such a friendly good mood that they made this road warrior feel right at home!
