The Hi-Mark is a bar and restaurant located in a completely transformed 2-family duplex originally built in the 1800’s and located in Cincinnati’s Historic East End neighborhood. The groups behind Eli’s BBQ and Pho Lang Thang got together to create something that was missing in the area; a neighborhood bar featuring drinks (both kinds–cold and refreshing), food (especially wings), and games (both analog games and all of the local sports teams).
The entire interior of the building was reconfigured and the main floor was raised up and out of the historical flood plain, giving the inspiration for the name of the establishment, The Hi-Mark.
Easygoing, industrial cocktail & craft beer bar inside an 1866 house with a spacious patio.

Such a beautiful place with a wonderful staff. Colorful atmosphere but still a very chill place. Multiple floors with a bar, a place to eat, and even gaming available. Lots of great fun dead stuff and a great bar selection with gray food and great prices. Clean and well managed place.

Have been coming here for years and always a pleasure to return. Food is made quickly and very good, recommend wings, burger/patty melt, or any variety of chicken sandwich. Fry sauce is perfect. Prices are good and always plenty of seating. Bar orders are quick.

The food was good but overpriced. As another review said it best, its a bar dont expect good service. I understand the order food at the bar thing but when were literally the only people there besides your coworker sitting at the bar get real lol probably wouldn’t go back honestly.
Also, you did the level of service a mcdonalds employee does why would I tip you?

Hi-Mark has our favorite wings in cincy! The dry rub wings specifically are excellent. But that’s not all – the East ender salad, the fries (with the sauce!!), the burger, and the chicken salad are all excellent. We live much further away than we used to, but we regularly make the hike to get our hi mark fix. Love this food!

Didn’t care for the wings, chicken sandwich or cauliflower. Wished the server would’ve also been able to take orders on upstairs level. TV viewing was good along with games in basement.

This hip combination of old and new right next to Riverside provides a quaint, pleasant place to eat or drink. We shared different meals as a family and the grilled cheese was unique, the burger up to par, the chicken fingers quality, and the fries very fresh. It’s about what you’d expect at a craft-brew place like this. Speaking of the craft brews, there was a good diversity of choices, both on tap and by the bottle. One added bonus was the ability to watch the end of the 2022 Open Championship on their TVs. This was a great setting for lunch on a rainy Sunday. You won’t regret coming.

It’s a bar, so don’t expect any “great” service. We had the wings – It’s a wings week special. Nothing was special about their wings. We also had cobb salad with chicken tenders, too salty. Maybe I should have ordered something else here.

Loved it. Great use of a small space with three levels. Good drink choices. I had the party melt on rye and it was super tasty. A healthy portion of perfect, crispy, well seasoned crinkle cut fries on the side.
Will return to try more of the menu.
Update- have since become something of a regular here. Staff is all fantastic. Food is all delicious. Great, regularly rotating, draft beer selection. Good specials.
Lately, the new Thai chili buffalo is the best high spice level wing sauce I have had in a long time. Still had lots of flavor, but doesn’t skimp on heat.

We had a wonderful lunch! We could choose to dine on the main floor, upstairs, downstairs or outside. We chose to sit downstairs and play some of the arcade games, while waiting for our lunch to arrive. Everything was delicious!!
