Ordered the Hi-line burrito, the photo shows it grilled. The burrito I got was cold, like everything just came out of the fridge, did not realize I needed to special request for it to be heated up or grilled. The guy working did not talk to me even after I said said “thank you” when he handed me the food, felt unfriendly and not welcoming. Would not recommend.
