Interesting location but in need of a little TLC. We were served breakfast almost by ourselves as they have recently begun offering. Provided a copy of the menu for others to see. The food was inconsistent. Some under and others over seasoned. Easy to add a salt and pepper though. Our waitress was very friendly and personable.

Wild mushroom rigatoni hardly had any flavor. Portion sizes were small, and the mushroom wasn’t cooked all the way through. Also tried the fried rigatoni and that wasn’t good either. I would not recommend this restaurant. Service was not good, the lady with the short curly hair wasn’t a good waitress.

Honestly really not worth the price. The restaurant looked gorgeous inside and out, and so while we were in Hot Springs for a weekend, we figured we would give it a try. We were wrong to think that. We were hoping for upscale, great tasting food, but what we got did not reflect the decor. In the words of Gordon Ramsey, “I get nervous when chefs start decorating the plate with parsley.” You should listen to him. My pasta was incredibly bland, and the sauce and meat did unfortunately not make it any more flavorful, as it was also pretty bland. I’ll give them credit for their desserts as their tiramisu was delicious, but the entrees themselves were incredibly lackluster, but not terrible to where it’s inedible. Just really not worth over $20.

Food, service, atmosphere? EXCEPTIONAL!
We went to “The Vault” the night before and were completely left disappointed with the price and what we received. We come to Ambrosia today and we were BLOWN AWAY!! My husband ordered the chicken Alfredo and he could not stop raving over it. I got a soup and salad – y’all better hope they have the tomato basil soup on the lineup when you go in- AMAZING. I can’t wait to try the pizza and other entrees there! I would also like to take the time to mention our server, Kristie, who was not only the best server we have had in a while, but just a delightful human being all around. We will be back and recommend to EVERYONE!!

Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted with a smile and seated promptly. I ordered the fried ravioli lunch special, which comes with a salad and fresh bread. All of the food was delicious, and wait time was minimal. It was fun watching the young man at the front making pizza and using the pizza oven! Overall, this was a great experience and I will be back.

The atmosphere was incredibly friendly. I’m really happy that such a great restaurant opened up to breakfast. The breakfast sandwich was simply divine and was incredibly large for it’s price. It also comes with a potato dish on the side. The waiters were amazing and sounded very enthusiastic. The culture inside was amazing, 10/10.

Not bad service by any means, just bare minimum. Walking in to see the pizza oven was neat, I knew what I was probably going to order immediately. The seafood pizza was delicious! Luckily or unluckily, they didn’t offer my favorite dish of piccata so it wasn’t too hard of a decision, and everything else offered seemed yummy too. My friend ordered the caprese pasta and it smelled garlicly amazing. The fresh rosemary bread served beforehand was a step above what I’m used to as a bread appetizer – stunning!

Food was horrible for price. We were expecting decent quality for over 20 per entree but it was lackluster at best with small portions. Pasta was really starchy and the sauce seemed store bought or canned with a weird aftertaste. They also tacked on a mandatory 20 dollar fee which is insane considering the food. We also got a couple racial microagressions with the way we were treated compared to the white patrons but that is attributed to staff and not food. All in all, come in here for a cute insta post but not actual food.

This place had great spaghetti and meatballs. It was the only place serving an open for lunch on the Strip on a Wednesday early afternoon. The staff is very friendly and the chef has the best pallet for the maranara and meatball flavors ! I love Hot Springs in this place added the right flavor of the right time.

The only reason i didnt rate this five star is because of the lack of flavor. We had chicken fettuccine Alfredo and lasagna. Both had no flavor. I think what is happening is the cooks are getting lazy. Our waitress was great. The bread and pesto was amazing as always. The olive oil and red wine vinegar were excellent. This will continue to be my favorite Italian restaurant in town. Just a slight issue that is easily fixed.
