Tender, moist pulled pork. Rich cole slaw with a very fresh, crunchy texture. Made for a great sandwich together (also several add-ons available like bacon, jalepenos, pickled onions, pickles, cheese, etc. – all great).
What really sealed the deal was this absolutely delicious, delightfully tangy BBQ sauce that they make. It’s not like any other BBQ sauce I have tried in recent memory (in the best possible way). It packs quite a punch of flavor. I hope they start selling bottles of it.
I also got some pork belly burnt ends (how could I not?) which were phenomenal. Street corn was pretty solid. Baked beans were on the al dente side, which I personally liked a lot. They could perhaps be a little sweeter, but at the same time I appreciated that the flavor profile was not so sugar-forward as a lot of other baked beans are. And everything was so good in combination with the BBQ sauce.
I am eagerly looking forward to trying everything on their menu (especially the smoked pork taco special, if it comes back). All-in-all, I highly recommend this establishment.

Everything on the menu is amazing. You’d think this guy has 40+ years of experience. Prices are fair and portion sizes are great. Desserts are fantastic and the specials are always new and amazing every week.
