Absolutely incredible service! Took our friend for her birthday. Thinking they were open until 10, we arrived at 8:50 to find that they actually close at 9! (Google is wrong, check their website hours!!) the hostesses insisted we stay and sat us immediately. The waiter was absolutely incredible (I wish I’d gotten his name!) he was very prompt and so kind despite us being so late. The food was incredible and reasonably priced for sea food. Then, as we were finishing up the waitstaff came out and sang happy birthday to my friend unprompted! We were the last ones in the restaurant and I’m sure the waitstaff were tired, but they went above and beyond to make my friends birthday a success! You all have customers for life!

We had dinner here tonight. The location is perfect and where we are seated you can see the views however the food wasn’t great at all. We ordered clam chowder and a steak. It was only me and my partner for this dinner, our food came out after approximately 20 minutes. The chowder was cold and so as the meat. We’re in US for holiday and this is the first time we’ve received our meal this long. I was watching the table behind us with pax of about 5 people and their food is piping hot and was wondering why the hell ours came out cold. The clam chowder also tasted like it was straight out of can. I have tried the same from another restaurant and had a very pleasant experience hence the reason why I ordered but I don’t recommend it from this restaurant. The steak my partner was served was medium rare but just okay. I will not come back in this restaurant again and I don’t recommend it.

This place is a great one admire Santa Barbara’s beautiful coast line. Also, their clam chowder soup and the fish & chips are really good!

We walked out to the pier for dinner on a Friday night and this place exceeded our expectations. Beautiful views during sunset. Michael, our waiter, went above and beyond – excellent service. The swordfish was outstanding and the jumbo shrimp was “best ever” according to my wife. Truly, a remarkable meal and experience. Kudos.

Nice place with friendly staff. It’s just strange that you can’t get brunch upstairs. You can’t even get the bottomless mimosas, even though there’s a full bar and bartender up there.

We live nearby and brought family here on their first visit to the pier. Absolute tourist trap. Eric, our waiter, was kind, attentive, and accommodating. Sadly, that’s where the experience compliments mostly end.

It has been a while since I’ve had such a wonderful experience at a restaurant. We went for my birthday. I got my info for hours of operations from the Apple Maps app. unfortunately the app listed them as closing at 10pm when they actually closed at 9. we walked in at 8:50 and once they told us when they close, we began to apologize and talking about where to go instead. I was wearing a silly birthday crown and the hostess insisted that we’d be seated because it was my birthday.

Great food with beautiful scenery. I order seafood platter, coke and orange juice, cost us around USD50++. I think the price reasonable and set enough for 2… recommended especially for Muslim visitors

The food was amazing, and there were no inconsistencies. The waiters were also super nice and were offering us some extra stuff. The atmosphere was also very welcoming, like as if they want you to come back. Overall, I definitely recommend this place.

Came here first time. NO LOCAL FISH on menu. Food mediocre at best.. service was great but place was also empty.. I can see why.. Harbor Restaurant, on Wharf, great views and yet no fish other than Australian lobster and Atlantic salmon. In Santa Barbara?! Don’t bother unless you want $$$$$$$ for nothing.
