I had a great experience and was a bit surprised how much I enjoyed this place. Absolutely not what I was expecting. From the outside, it looks like a small eatery. When you go in, it’s like pandoras box. A large dining room with a well stocked bar. The salsa they gave you up front was excellent. I had the chicken burrito. It was delicious. All the food they served us was top-notch. When I saw the prices, I was skeptical. Best value I seen in town. There is plenty of space to move around. It was not cramped at all. Our waiter was amazing. He took our orders without writing anything down and didn’t make any mistakes. Everything was perfect. This shopping Plaza over the years has had multiple businesses come and go. I think they found a keeper. I highly recommend this place.

We Love this place! The food has been delicious each time we have been & the drinks are great also – try the birria tacos & one of the margarita flights – soo good! Service is great & the manager/owner is very involved & so friendly. He loves is customers!

Me and my wife had the birria taco which was amazing the best I have had since moving to Georgia, now the rice definitely needs work it was hard with no taste what’s so ever, so if your a rive lover like me DO NOT GET! Pico definitely definitely need someone else to make it tasted like nothing my wife African American and makes it way better! We also had the Texas margaritas they were ok not my favorite but we managed.

Amazing service and fantastic atmosphere. The salsa and corn were fantastic apps. The tacos were tender and juicy, but other reviewers show street tacos, ours weren’t that for some reason.. The steak in the burrito suffered from too much rice to stand out (pictured).

Went on a Saturday afternoon for a late lunch. Fantastic service! The waitstaff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. I had the birria tacos, my husband had a quesadilla and we shared some esquites (Mexican street corn off the cob). We will definitely be back!

We stopped by to give the happy taco a try since we have been seeing some pretty good reviews about it. The restaurant itself is very nice and clean inside. The margaritas were delicious and so was the queso and guacamole. We ordered several different tacos to try and I’ve gotta say they were all very good! Definitely give this place a try. It’s in a tough spot so they need all the local patrons to keep it alive. Will definitely be back.

We traveled from East Cobb over to The Happy Taco because I kept hearing people rave about how good it is …& they weren’t exaggerating! Everything we tried was fresh & flavorful! The guacamole was so tasty, we ended up ordering it twice. The birria tacos were delish. We opted for corn tortillas & tried chicken, beef, carnita, & shrimp before ordering 3 more shrimp. The pinto beans were the perfect consistency & well-seasoned. We also ordered a couple of rounds of jalapeño margaritas that were made with fresh ingredients & delivered the kick we were hoping for. Best of all, the service here is A++. Super personable. We’ll definitely make the drive back over when we’re in the mood for Mexican! (Sidenote: for the level of service & quality of food, they should be charging more!)

My husband and I visited on a Sunday night and everything from beginning to end was fantastic. We just had to wait a couple of minutes to be seated, but were greeted by very friendly staff at the door. We tried a couple of different margaritas: jalapeño, hibiscus, and passion fruit — all tasted super fresh and not overly sweet!
