We are a medium sized sports bar with great food. We have karaoke on Thursdays, poker tourneys Sun, Mon, and Wed, trivia on Friday, and lots of sports on the tv’s on the weekends. We are non smoking inside and have a nice patio that folks can smoke on.

I visited yesterday (3/5/2026) for the first time after The Happy Armadillo was recommended by someone I meet at No Frills in Burleson. Lo and behold, she was actually there during my visit, which made my visit all the more eventful and enjoyable.
There weren’t that many people, because it was about lunch time, but I absolutely love this place. It’s a small, quaint, and the people are amazingly friendly. It encompasses everything I imagine when picturing a neighborhood bar.
I’m so glad the bartender said they served Banquet. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have gone. I wish they had it on tap, but the bottles did the job
Thank you, Happy Armadillo. I’ll be back. I’d like to try some of the food, too.

First time to stop by here and it was cool! The owner, Curtis put on a golf tournament and the prizes were given out at his place. I loved my barbacoa tacos! So good!

07-2022- this place keeps getting better. The staff is attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is lighter and the place is clean. Food is now served. I’ve tried the chicken wings and they were pretty good. Great drinks and great tasting treats. By talking to the staff, they have bands, karaoke on several nights but can’t confirm which day of the week is which..I will definitely be back, the next time in town.

I recommend this establishment : 2 pool tables, 4 electronic dart boards, outdoor patio with plenty of tables and chairs. Over head tv’s, beer and liquor served. Noticed only one bathroom stall, can’t confirm more. Will definately do a second visit to give this establishment a possible five star.

Quite the hidden gem. Decent mixed crowd on a Saturday afternoon. Plenty of tv’s both inside and on their patio to catch the games. It appears the owner has put a bit of money and time in the place to make it welcoming without having to over-charge for beers. Finally, how can you not like a local bar with a cigarette pack vending machine! If your in the area you should stop by, you might become a regular.

Love this place. Nellie, the bartender, is awesome! Shes always on point, great service, friendly. She learns your order after a few visits. She watches out for her patrons as well.
The bar is big and clean. Lots of space to move around. Has a great patio with heating and tvs. Just a good bar.

I love the atmosphere and the staff are super nice. I like that they give a lot of chips and salsa for the price. The pizza was just ok for me but I’ll definitely return to try their other menu items. I highly recommend giving them a try for yourself.

I got a large cheese pizza to go last night it looked burnt but couldn’t tell under the dem lights. Got home sure nuff it was burnt called them back asked for a remake and they told me the kitchen was closed how is it closed and I just ordered 5 minutes ago. Then asked for refund they told me come back tomorrow to talk to a manager… It was not suitable to eat so I had to trash the pizza. Don’t eat here… beware of fake reviews this one is real…
