The Cheesy cauliflower bites and the Patty Melt on Rye bread were something new for a burger place. They were delicious. The place can be better upkeep with more diligent services to clean up tables etc.

The foods is my daughter’s favorite and I’m also a big fan. I’m happy with the consistency of the hamburgers and fries, it’s just always what you expect.
If I had to pick something to complain about (and this is something that many places do now) it is that they charge you 60 cents for the dipping sauces.
I’m spending $20+tip on a burger, fries, and a drink. Why do I have to pay for dipping sauce? It just makes the place look greedy when I know they are just trying to keep costs down. Just bake the price into the original purchase! Rant over. 🙂

I placed my order on the app and accidentally had it made at this location, but I thought I was placing an order in Sunnyvale since I was waiting for my daughter to get out of gymnastics. But when I got the text that my food was ready and walked in, I realized that I had placed the order in mountain view and the Sunnyvale location said they could not make my food without charging me. They suggested I go to the mountain view location or place the order with them and contact headquarters to get a refund. Since mountain view is on my way home. I stopped by to pick up my food and they kindly remade my whole order because it had been sitting there for an hour. I really appreciate it.
All of the food was delicious. We had the teriyaki cheese, the char Burger and cheesy cauliflower tots. The bun was nice and soft and the kids loved their burgers. The cheesy tater tots have a really yummy spicy sauce that goes with it and the kids don’t even know the are eating some veggies. 😉
I love how Habit Burger has random deals very often, but I wish they would set up an award system since we go there so often.
Although the service was fabulous the bathrooms needed a little bit of tending to, but not horrible. It seemed like they might have been busier than usual with a fundraiser going on.

Second time being disappointed. Service continues to be awful. Came here on a Friday night. Employees are rude, no manners. Don’t greet you. They talk to you like you are an inconvenience. My fries were burnt AGAIN for the second time in a row.

Came here for lunch to eat a Charburger with cheese. The food tastes good as usual, however at this location, the service was a bit too slow. That is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. There were not many customers at all. It took 10 mins after ordering for the order to be ready. The restaurant itself was somewhat clean but not perfect. Convenient location near the busier part of town. Plenty of parking.

Worst customer service ever. I went to the habit for a quick meal with 3 kids. When the order came, four meals and 3 drinks were placed on a single tray. I took the order, walked up to our table and then accidentally the tray flipped over and I dropped my burger on the floor. I alerted the staff and apologized for the mess. Even though it was my accident, I expected the manage to replace my burger as I didn’t get to even touch it. They did not replace it, just pretended like nothing happened. I will never eat at The Habit again.

My first time there. Had a lettuce wrap cheese double patty burger, tasted good and full filling.
The real star was the patty melt with cheese. Price wise it was more expensive than a typical fast food burger joint but less than a restaurant.

Worst customer service at Grant.
Ordered and paid everything online and the perk is 1 free burger. Back home, so dissapointed to see incomplete items. They did not include the drinks and free burger.
I went back then the unwelcoming and rude manager said I don’t have free burger since I did not paid for the other Char burger which was clearly paid on my receipt online. They even let me stay for half an hour just to wait for a free burger and 3 drinks.
I did not hear any apologies from them for the incomplete order that I get. They don’t care if I go back just to pick up missing items and patiently waited half an hour for their incompetence and worst customer service.
They really took their time for making 1 burger and 3 drinks!!
Bonus: Beware because the burgers was so cold just like the staffs and the rude manager. Patties are super salty, breads and buns are so rock hard and cold. Tried once and will not come back again.

I really like eating here. Very clean. Great service. I usually order the chicken salad and the impossible burger. I really liked both. The impossible burger was very good with added mushrooms.

First impression was of the manager and how she handled the food. She did QA checks of the food according to the ticket and put each item in the bag. She also used a napkin for each item she handled so that the food didn’t get fingered. I really appreciated that. Two things that I’ll gig the location for: 1. My order was not ready by the time it said it would be, but they could’ve been unusually busy at that time. 2. The Cobb salad that I ordered was missing three items: bacon, egg and avocado. The rest of my family, who ordered burgers, enjoyed their food.
