I went today before work and ordered a Steak sandwich. The girl at the window asked if i wanted to make it a combo i responded yes. And asked to do half/half. She then asked if i wanted a drink too? I asked was the drink included in the combo? She said “yes, so what would you like to drink?” After placing my order i wasn’t given a total til i got to the window.
I figured it would be about $20 more or less. I paid and once i got my receipt i saw i was charged A LA CARTE and not for a combo. Meaning i was charged for each item individually.
I explained this to the girl who took my order. She looked visibly confused and slightly annoyed. And offered me a “cone” for the inconvenience followed by a rehearsed sarcastic apology.
It’s misleading to your customers to ask them if they want a combo and you’re not charging them a COMBO price. I’ve attached the receipt below.
Now let’s get into this sandwich…..
0/10!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! The ciabatta was HARD and dry. The steak was overcooked and salty. It tasted like unwashed cow ankle meat. Not enough cheese, way too much bbq, (which made the sandwich even saltier) i wish i would’ve followed my first mind and tried it in the parking lot instead of when i got to my destination because it was GROSS and i would’ve gotten my $22 refunded.
From the customer service to the food this place doesn’t deserve 4.3 stars. I won’t be returning.
Oh, and honorable mention after waiting 15 mins in the drive thru, i had to go inside and request a fresh half/half because the one i received was COLD. (From watching it sit on top of the counter waiting to be bagged while i sat in the drive thru)
When i walked inside they had only 1 family sitting down eating, 1 cook & 1 person taking orders.
No reason the service should be that slow and definitely no reason food should be coming out cold.

I’m not vegan yet if at all but lately I’ve been ordering the side salad without the cheese and croutons and with the vinaigrette dressing with a small water cup. It costs $4.99 plus tax as of November 2025. I don’t like vinaigrette dressings but it’s vegan friendly.
It is cheaper to grow my own salad ingredients. It is also cheaper to buy the ingredients at a grocery store and make my own salads at home.
I read a couple books on reversing diabetes or preventing diabetes. They are both strict books and require total commitment.

We had a mobile order. Told the person at the speaker, they said to pull forward to the window. There were only 2 cars ahead of us but it took like 20 minutes to get to the window. The woman, who looked like the manager never greeted us. We waited another 10-15 minutes, she finally comes to the window with Someone Else’s order. We say no we had the pick up order. She went to grab it from God knows where as it was COMPLETELY COLD. I wanted to tell her they need to remake it as we didn’t pay for cold food that was sitting out, BUT we didn’t want to wait ANOTHER 30+ minutes. We won’t be going back for awhile, if at all.
Common courtesy is you greet the customer, confirm the order, take payment etc. THEN you check on the order. You don’t just leave the customer waiting at the window with no greeting and confirmation. It’s not like SHE was the cook.

Me and wife went Sunday evening not knowing they close the lobby area at 8 and we got there at 750 and the manager was so nice she let us dine in and the cook ladies where so polite and nice. Definitely welcoming atmosphere and crew

Staff that was present when I walked in let me stand at the counter contemplating over the menu for like 5 minutes before greeting me. It was kind of awkward when the pretty young lady approached me and asked, “Do you have a question?” Thankfully, I wasn’t rude, just surprised that she didn’t say hello, how are you? Or can I help you, what can I do for you, type of thing. For having a standout red button-up and uniform black slacks, she wasn’t very customer service minded. The Korean BBQ Char was unseasoned and rather bland. The patty was warm but not as hot as the grilled onion sauce stuff that topped the burger.

First timer. Fresh burger and fries. I place it above fast food standard and above In-n- Out freshness. 2 combos and onion rings was under 40 bucks, great for once in a while but the combo is worth it if eating alone cuz you’re paying around under the average anyways. Highly recommend if you want fresh, it’s a quality spot.
