We are a couple born and raised in Southern Louisiana. We love spending time with friends and family and making new friends! Food is a huge part of our culture in the South! We are bringing those flavors here to Duluth! We offer traditional Cajun dishes such as Fried Shrimp Po-Boys, Shrimp and Grits, Jambalaya, and of course Gumbo just to name a few! Our food is full of flavor and just the perfect amount of spice to waken your taste buds!

The woman and man in the truck were really nice. The food. Stunning. I was extremely impressed. Me and my wife got gumbo and the catfish plate. The price was more than reasonable and the food was absolutely delicious. Don’t pass up on this truck seriously.

Wow! The flavor of their food is awesome. Flavors beyond anything that I have had before without the extreme heat. Currently making my way through the complete menu and loving all of it. Personal favorite is the Gator Eggs.

Catfish, fries, and sauce were all amazing, and the people working were even better! So friendly and working so hard! Can’t wait to try more!! Portions were more than generous for the price, and I can eat… && this was 2 meals for me AFTER my daughter split the fries… she (14 yo) says they were amazing fries!

Great food, great portions, and the owners were sweet. Tried the gumbo, alligator balls, and catfish basket which comes with fries. The roux for the gumbo was my favorite, perfectly spiced and bursting with flavor.

Saw them at the dawg house days event and first got their jambalaya and it was amazing then had to try one of there sandwiches and thay was amazing and fresh and I shared with my friends and they loved it so they went over and got one of everything on the menu and all the food was so damn good! I think my 2 favs were the jambalaya and gator balls !! u get great portions for the price!! I highly recommend u stop in and eat there if u see them or have them cater ur event!!

The Gumbeaux Guys Shrimp and Grits is the absolute best I have had in the area. The grits were well seasoned and very creamy. The shrimp were very flavorful and cooked perfectly. A definite redo when I see them again!
