We had hired the Guilt trip team for our baby shower event and they did an exceptional job- I was very impressed by their super punctual execution, attention to detail for the setup that included not just the food but decoration and supplies for the event and they showed up with the best. Our guests absolutely loved the food which was served hot with extras neatly tucked away. Katie was such an amazing staff who stayed with us throughout the event and packed and disposed all the extras before leaving. They helped me enjoy my event without worrying about any catering logistics. 100% recommend!

We’ve always loved Guilt Trip’s food (when they had full-service restaurants on the Eastside) so we didn’t hesitate to turn to them when we needed catering for a special milestone. And they exceeded our (high) expectations for the quality of food and the love and care Abhishek and team put into the classy decor and setup! Our guests loved every item (both veg and lamb/chicken). Abhishek had catered food for your 3 year old’s birthday. He has an extension menu to choose from and the food was amazing all the guests enjoyed it a lot. We recently catered food from The Guilt Trip Express – Catering by Malang Events for our Diwali party, and it was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, Abhishek and his team were wonderful—helping us plan the menu, customizing a few items, and making the entire process smooth and effortless.
The menu featured a variety of delicious items, including aloo tikki chaat, desi wontons, hara bhara kabab sliders, paneer tikka skewers, biryani, and chole with kulche, along with mini malpuas, rabdi, and refreshing drinks like mango shake and strawberry mint lemonade.
The taste and quality of the food were outstanding. The biryani and chole with kulche tasted amazing, and all the appetizers were a hit. The strawberry mint lemonade was especially loved by everyone.
Abhishek’s service was impeccable, from menu planning to delivery. Many of our guests were so impressed that they asked for his contact for their own events.
Overall, catering by M.A.L.A.N.G E.V.E.N.T.S exceeded our expectations in both service and food quality. Highly recommended for any event!

One of the only good restaurants in Kirkland. The service was attentive, gave us recommendations and explained tastes and cuisines.
We had ordered take out before but I would suggest you dine in to get a taste of the interesting cocktails. The food is not super heavy and the portion size is just right. The prices are on the higher end but so is the food and service. Really nothing to complain 🙂
I don’t think it is very authentic or what you would get in an Indian household, more of Indian inspiration with a side of fires.
Would recommend the burger if you want something different and the samosa. The samosa comes in a super tasty well seasoned sauce!
Btw, there is parking in front of it.

Ordered takeout a few times and was never disappointed. Chana masala Paneer tikka masala were pretty good. Note that Chana masala was very oily in one of the orders.

All the way from food selection, Abhishek helped provide his recommendation on pairing the different items and how they would be displayed. He ensured that the food decor went with the rest of the theme and decoration of the party. Everyone really loved the food and it was the talk of the night. Katie was exceptional and was very patient with the kids and the party. We will definitely recommend the guilt trip for catering any kind of small or large events.

Everything is amazing! Food was a delight to taste and to look at. Decor is modern and welcoming. The person waiting on us was just the right amount of attentive. We ordered a huge number of items and they sensibly sent them out a little at a time. I didn’t think to ask, but it was brilliant. The experience was amazing. I’ll be back soon for another taste a fried green bananas and mashed potato sliders!
