We really enjoyed this spot, the drinks we’re spot on delicious.
The food was pretty good, overall we we’re happy with the experience.
The drinks and food did take a minute to come out, thats the only compliment.
I know places have been short staffed so I understand… I still definitely recommend it!

I recently hosted a baby shower for my niece at JavaVino, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect experience. From the very beginning, the staff made the planning process very straightforward. They were so responsive and accommodating. And because they were genuinely helpful, everything came together beautifully.

The atmosphere was exactly what I was hoping for – it was warm, welcoming, and perfect for our celebration. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious. (All the guests kept commenting on how great everything was.) During the event itself, the staff was friendly and attentive. They made sure everything ran smoothly, so we could truly relax and enjoy the moment.

If you’re looking for a lovely place to host a small gathering or celebration in La Crosse, I can’t recommend JavaVino highly enough. We’re so grateful to the team for helping make such a special day memorable.

Amazing omelets and lattes! My mom, 4 year old brother and I went here for brunch. Great food, great environment. When we were waiting there was a lot of things for kids to do, entire corner plus stuff you could bring to your table. Amazing place, would recommend for sure. Needed extra stuff and asked, got it almost immediately. A lot of people got food/drinks quickly even though they were super busy. Bacon and cheese omelette(pic below) was sooo good!!

The server was AMAZING! Food was another story. My eggs were totally overcooked, my potatoes were seriously undercooked, and the waffle was cold.

Stopped in early morning before work and was really impressed. I ordered a meat omelette and a large latte. The omelette was solid—fresh, filling, and well-cooked, exactly what you want to start the day.

The latte was the standout though. The latte art was genuinely impressive, and the drink itself was smooth and well-balanced, not burnt or overly bitter like you sometimes get during the morning rush.

Great spot if you need a good breakfast and quality coffee to kick off the day.
Edit: I ment to rate 5 stars, somehow I did 4. This place is truly amazing.

The food is almost always very delicious and fresh. The service is friendly and attentive, and it appears most enjoy their jobs. We like the layout with table and booth options, plus the cafe seating near the bar. The only downside is that the outdoor seating is on a loud, busy intersection (car exhaust), but they cannot help that. Kudos, JavaVino team!

Three words: MMM MMM MMM! Scrumptious food, and scrumptious vibes at this hole-in-the-wall diner. And by hole-in-the-wall, I mean it looks like an extravagant restaurant on the first floor of a 5-star hotel. I’m at a loss for words to describe their chai latte. You just HAVE to try it for yourself. Every time my friend gets one, I say, “GIMME DAT!” But I’m just joking of course. I also attached a picture of my delectable chai from today, but it was so good that I finished it first. So the cup is empty.

I always appreciate when someone says there is gluten free food at a restaurant in the reviews. I found this place by googling gluten free food in LaCrosse. I came for lunch and the first thing I noticed when I walked in was that it smelled like delicious coffee. I could have any sandwich on the menu and just substitute gluten free bread. They ask if you have an allergy also. I could also have both soups of the day. I had roasted red pepper with gouda and it was delicious. My sandwich was also really great. My server was Kathleen S and she was wonderful and very knowledgeable about gluten free. I would definitely eat here again!

Very nice coffee shop and restaurant. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. I was seated almost immediately, and that was during the lunch rush. My server was on point and did everything just right. I had one of their salads… amazing. It had made in house dressing.. was very good. Prices are not any higher than other places that are similar.. but the difference between JavaVino and the other places is.. well pretty much everything I’ve stated. I will definitely be visiting more in the future. Highly recommended.

Went in here the night before the LaCrosse Half Marathon, hoping to carb up on the Pesto Bruschetta Linguini. Unfortunately, by the time we got there for our 7:00 reservation, they were all sold out. Instead, us runners opted for the Mac and Cheese. I ordered mine “hot” (spicy) with Sriracha and Jalapeños and added pulled pork. While the dish was tasty, I didn’t find it at all spicy. However, I do recognize that I can tolerate a fair degree of heat, so for me, adding a few more Jalapeños would have been great. My sister-in-law requested bacon on hers, and there was a lot of flavorful bacon added, which stayed nice and crispy. The Wisconsin Grazing Board was a nice, shareable size for the table with a great assortment of flavors. This is a cute spot, with lots of room, perfect for families and larger sized parties. Our waitress was great, being very attentive and patient. Definitely a place worth a return.
