First time going to the Grotto and was not disappointed. They have burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, tacos, and appetizers. When you walk in the menu board is on the left, you look over it, and then order and pay at the register. The only negative that I have is that they try to pressure you into providing a tip immediately by having the tip screen pop up before you can pay. The only service they provide is bringing you your order. You get your own drinks, silverware, condiments, napkins, and refills so I am not sure why they ask for a tip. Anyway, the food was great. My wife ordered the grilled chicken meal with two sides. She got the side salad and sweet potato fries. She loved everything about it. The chicken was moist, the fries crunchy, and salad wonderfully seasoned. I ordered the Swiss burger and fries. The fries were hot and crispy and the burger was delicious with the house made aioli sauce. The only issue was that the burger was a tad dry, but not enough to say it wasn’t delicious. We also ordered the chips and caso appetizer which was really good with the caso having a nice kick to it. Would return to try something else.

So amazing ! My daughter loves their sweet potato fries and even I do lol my absolute favorite is the blue cheese chips! Literally obsessed with them ! <3 love this place because it has something for everyone and the food is ALWAYS so fresh and delicious!

I finally got a meal out to myself, but my husband was a little late in coming home to care for the kids so I could go. I knew they closed at 9, so I hurried over to make a quick to-go order. Their posted policy on the door is that you can order food until 8:30PM. I pulled in at 8:21, and as I was parking an employee ran to the door to lock it and then hid in the back. I found this to be poorly handled, and shows a lack of care and hospitality. I will never be returning to this business.

We had teriyaki bowls. One with crispy chicken and one with tofu. Rice, broccoli and the meat-thats all it is one bowl had too much sauce, and the other hardly enough.
Only a couple vegetarian options but not vegan. Won’t be back likely. Not super impressed.

Great food, clean restaurant, nice modern atmosphere. Good vegetarian options as well. 3 different vegetarian burger options. As a vegetarian I was thankful for this. The battered fries were amazing also. All in all would definitely come back. Nate, Hannah, Lucas, and Jailn were all very welcoming and helpful.

They have a dedicated cook surface for vegan options and the staff was well informed. It wasn’t expensive for offering specialty vegan food. I had the hippie burger and my husband had the beef burger. We shares pita with hummus. All the food was prepared well. The restaurant was clean. Parking was plentiful.
I checked out some food on other tables. The salads looked large. The pizza crust looked dense, but I’ll be back to try it for myself.

I have recently been diagnosed with Alpha gal syndrome. I spoke to three different employees as I went through the line and they all knew what I was talking about and they helped me pick out food it wouldn’t make me sick. Even though they were young they had a lot of knowledge so somebody is definitely paying attention. I had a delicious spicy grilled chicken sandwich with their chips which are not fried and the same oil they fry any beef in at all. Everything was delicious and healthy and fresh thank you Grotto I will be coming back for more
