The Groovy Smoothie is located in downtown Erwin where we create our own smoothies and freshly make wraps, salads and trending foods like avocado toast and smoothie bowls, all made to order with a variety of flavors, toppings and healthy supplements. The nostalgia of our restaurant is taken back to the 70’s and 80’s, a groovier time. We incorporate fun smoothie names like The Beet’les, The Almond Brothers and Sonny and Cherry. You have the option to window/bar seating, with a great view of Main Street, perfect for reading or studying, or the choice of chilling in our lounge area where you can watch tv and have access to free WiFi, all while enjoying an item or two from our menu. Excellent place for food! Everything was good! I got the peanut butter protein shake, and added a second scoop of protein to hit 44mg. They have healthy choices! Very friendly staff, we will be coming back for sure! (Video in the pictures, cute place!)

Amazing smoothies and food. Their broccoli and cheese soup is AMAZING!!! All their stuff is amazing, I have never gotten anything that wasn’t amazing at The Groovy Smoothie. This place was soooo good. I got the Almond Brother smoothie and a grilled cheese and it was so delicious I basically scarfed it all down in 2 minutes. I was surprised the smoothie came with chocolate drizzle because it didn’t mention it on the menu, but it added the most perfect addition to the flavor so I didn’t even mind. Will be going back.

Went there for my first time today and was greeted by friendly workers , and my smoothie bowl was made super fast! The prices are great and the smoothie bowl was soooo good and just the right size , I definitely recommend coming here if ur a fan of eating healthy but having it taste good. Will be coming back again soon

Such a great healthy option in Erwin. It’s the only place you can go to to get something that doesn’t consist of burgers and fries. Everything on the menu is delicious and makes you want to come back for more. I personally recommend the Kale-so smoothie and tuna wrap!

I have been going to this place for a few years and can’t believe I am just now thinking to leave a review. This is literally THE BEST smoothie place in the entire Tri-Cities area. The smoothies are fresh with delightful choices and combinations. Plus the staff are always cheerful, kind, and helpful. And the food!! I have never ordered anything that I haven’t loved. I feel like I get my money’s worth any time I go. And did I mention the smoothies?!?? They are the best you will find!
