I picked up a meal to go. I ordered the 4 piece chicken tenders with waffle fries and a lemonade. I also tried their macaroni and cheese and purchased the medium one for a friend. Let’s talk about false advertising. The chicken tenders are more like fingers. They are not the long, straight pics of chicken that are pictured on their menu or website. They are so tiny that they fit inside a little red box. The macaroni and cheese were good, but talk about over-inflated prices. The small one in the red container is $3.79. The medium one in the white container is $4.75. There’s barely 1/2 an inch difference in size between the two. I spent almost an entire $20 for this meal, whereas I could have paid half for that at two other fast food restaurants. I won’t be wasting my money here anymore. I thought they were better than that.

Worst Chick-fil-A ever that does not align with the chain’s distinctive emphasis on customer service. They treat customers differently based on skin color. They don’t refill lemonade like every other one I’ve ever been to. One employee played around on her phone instead of working. They also don’t let you get the sauces you want.

Whoever the shift manager is, surely isn’t a business major at UA. They were cranking out orders and then came to a sudden halt. MANY orders after mine had already been given out. Like people who got here 10 minutes after me. I asked about it and was told I’m coming up next. About another 5 minutes later the person I’ll assume was the shift manager yelled out to all the customers for us to chill out and wait “aight”; that our orders were coming but all spicy chicken sandwiches were behind. By this point there was 20 of us standing there and this was not lunch rush. It was 2pm. She could have handled that about 100x more professionally. I love Chick-fil-A but I think I may have found the worst one.

I went at 12 when they were completely covered up and ended up having to leave to go to my class after I ordered my food on the mobile order app 40 minutes ago. Once I got out of class I came back and told them that I still hadn’t received ny food. The manager made it right and got me my food fast and even upsized my fries for free. They are always polite and I was impressed with how they handled it after seeing how swamped they were.

The service is awful and they need to hire more employees. I understand that it gets busy but I’ve worked at CFA and the guests come first. Whether it’s refilling a drink or getting more sauce. I received my order and politely asked for a new drink since the fanta had no syrup and I was rudely cut off by a “have a nice day”. In the middle of my sentence! So rude I had to have my boyfriend get it for me. Even then it took him forever, because the employees weren’t paying any attention to their guests. They need more employees definitely. The lines are long and wait times for food is even longer. It seems like there’s only one person in the kitchen and two as cashiers. Unbelievable

I waited over 35 minutes for a simple 12 count nugget meal with medium fries. They completely skipped over for after they had they fresh nuggets out for over 10 minute. Now i have to wait another 10 minutes for my food because they didn’t even bother to ask what my name and order is. I usually don’t have this issue with this CFA, but today’s service was AWFUL. I might just start taking my business to the CFA in Lloyd so I can actually get my food before I miss my class.

Giving it 1 stars is incredibly generous of me. I waited a HOUR AND A HALF for a grilled chicken sandwich and fries. About 40 minutes in I asked an employee what was up and they said they would check what was up. I didn’t get my food until the manager checked and it was still 5 mins after the manager knew. Terrible service.

I had to wait 50 minutes for nuggets. They told me they were making more so I continued to wait. After 45 minutes people that JUST ordered were getting their food before me. I had to say something and then they gave me my food. They didn’t say sorry for the wait or anything just handed me the bag!!

Horrible experience before they closed today. Bought. a chicken deluxe combo a large fry and 12 piece nuggets. After taking a long time they dropped our food and then picked it up and gave us another bag that had a spicy chicken deluxe that my girlfriend hated and completely forgot my 12 piece nuggets. We got back to our dorm and it started pouring only to realize I just wasted money and didn’t even get to eat dinner. I’m very upset and want a refund and nobody is picking up and now I’m starving. Very disappointed in chick fil a.
