I’ve seen a few resturantes come and go from this location. I think The Grind is here to stay. The atmosphere is great and friendly service. Food is good but I feel the baken cheese burger could use some seasoning. If felt like I was eating an overly greasy peace of meat. However, my friend did love her burger so it may just be my likes. The fries where great and fruit was fresh. The reuben sandwich was also yummy. Lastly, it seemed they were short staffed because it took awhile to get seats. None of the tables were getting cleared. It also took awhile to get our food. Overall I will go back.

From out of town (Oklahoma City), and been staying in Lima for almost 2 weeks. I found this breakfast joint/cafe early on, and am very happy that I did. The service quality and food are excellent, and at very reasonable prices. I have eaten here with family about 8 different times already, and we have always left very happy.

Super cool little place. We love both the coffee and the food here. The coffee is no different than what you could expect from any other fancy high dollar coffee shop, but they don’t over charge. The food is super good. We like to come here for the breakfast foods primary, but we’ve had some of the lunch sandwiches and they were delicious as well. Every time we come, we’re always welcomed with beautiful smiling faces which is always great to see. If I could change just one thing; no matter how many people are there, you can hear a pin drop in the dining room. It could really use some background music in there. Well still be back!

After calling the 2 person breakfast order in it I had to wait 1hr 35min to get my food. Their excuse is always the same…saying they got slammed this morning. Well, when you own a business you need to make adjustments. It appears one guy does the cooking and he only makes one order at a time! Hire another cook! Figure it out! I hear the lady answering the phone for take out orders loose 3 sales because people didn’t want to wait that long! Food is good but come on and get with the program.
