Great food. I noticed they use only one type of cheese and bread on everything. I wish they were more attentive in refilling your drinks instead of standing around gossiping. Other than that, very warm and homey experience.

The food was amazing!! Renee was our waitress and she was so friendly and checked on us often to see if we needed anything. Excellent service! Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend the Delmonico steak!! The best steak I’ve ever eaten. Cooked perfectly and paired with the red skinned mashed potatoes..excellent!!

Just a 30 min drive West on 86 from Binghamton, the Grille is a nice destination for a great meal! We sat in the bar and Joy gave us great service with a smile!

My first trip to The Grill at the Train Station for dinner on July 28th was a good one.
I ordered the Utica chicken, which had wonderful taste. The cherry pepper cream sauce gave it a little heat but not overpowering.
I also had French onion soup. It’s a must try for me on any menu. This did not disappoint. The broth had a nice silky taste. The onions were cooked perfectly. The cheese melted perfectly over the top.
It came with a ceaser side salad and bread sticks.
My server Annalise was very good.
They have many dishes worth trying.
So give them a try for good and a nice atmosphere.

Excellent food! 5° outside and we got the draftiest table where our napkins were flying off the table. Our waitress was more into serving tables of 6-8 people or people that she knew than us. Had to wait forever to get drinks, our order taken, and refills. The other girls were excellent. I wouldn’t be leaving this review except for the fact that our waitress was condescending. So much that my husband, who never notices these things, brought it up afterwards.

First time my family has had an amazing dinner experience in a long time. The owner Joe, was great! He visited our table and shared the history of the restaurant. Great guy! Our waitress Kennedy was amazing as well. Our food was delicious and came out quick. Hope to visit again soon.

My family and I were in town for my dad’s surgery at Robert Packer hospital, and needed a decent local place to have dinner together while he recovered. After going back & forth between a few options that didn’t necessarily appeal to everyone we decided to try The Grille based on the reviews, menu & location. I’m thrilled to report that we were all absolutely blown away by this place!
This is the kind of restaurant you want every dining out experience to be like, and the kind you dream about having again. The wait was pretty long. About a half an hour, but it was totally understandable as they were packed with a line out the door. Normally, I wouldn’t add myself to that siuation. But being from out of town, and taking the business as a good sign, we stuck it out and were all incredibly glad we did.
The interaction with the host was great. He was friendly, and checked in with us multiple times, keeping our status updated. Once seated, the server was also very friendly, personable, prompt, and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious, and unique. Cooked with care. My crab pasta could’ve been hotter, but it’s a minor nitpick. We ate our dishes mostly family style, and were all happy with each choice. Overall it was just a beautiful family dinner in the midst of a scary situation made better by this fantastic restaurant. Can’t wait to drive down to Sayre again just to come to The Grille.

A nice spot in a quiet town! A great variety of options, and overall the food was actually quite good! They got a little bit busy at the bar so service was slow, but otherwise a great place for a meal! Very affordable and great food. Highly recommend the parm garlic buffalo wings!
