I don’t know what’s going on with this McDonalds. usually it has the best hot fries in town. This trip I have two complaints one the fries are warm and a little soggy and two how come I don’t get any sauce with my chicken nuggets? I asked for sweet-and-sour sauce and I just don’t know why they can’t put it in the bag at the drive-through. This is getting old you guys you need to step it up or I’m going to the McDonald’s in the Grand Dunes.

I only go through the drive-thru and usually just get a Coke but the girl that runs the drive-thru is the sweetest nicest person I wish everyone was like her that it was in food service she has a great positive attitude I wish I remembered her name but you will know who she is if you go through the drive-thru

Placed a curbside order, sat waiting for 20 minutes for my order to come out. Got tired of waiting and went inside and my food was just sitting on the counter! Guess Curbside doesn’t work at this location!

The manager is very rude! She was staring at us for 5 minutes waiting to ask for a sauce that we never received in the first place. When we took matters into our own hands, she literally yelled at us and made an entire scene instead of just offering customer service. Plus our chicken nuggets were 5 shades darker than usually because of how BURNT they were. Will never come back. Very unprofessional and that managers needs some training and common sense

Well it just McDonald’s but it was really good and fast the morning we went. The biscuits were fresh made and my hamburger was nice and fresh. The restaurant was clean. We stopped here right when we got into town. It was a long drive with a baby so to stop and have clean restrooms with a baby changing table was very nice as well. It was busy like a bee hive but it seemed to be running like a girl in a horror movie. It isn’t like I would plan to come here on my next trip but I will keep this place in mind for when we come back and just need a clean place to start our trip.

They never give you your sauces if you order on the app. Be sure to ask for them, but even then they tend to not put them in the bags.

This place needs New Management all summer and now even in the off season they continue to ask you what you want at the drive-thru then when you get up to the window they finally place the order because they like to rob their drive-thru times to make them look better I sit in the Drive-Thru everyday for about 10 to 15 minutes and when I get to the window that’s when they ring in my order and get everything wrong

I was really surprised to be charged for a cup of water today. Considering how much money I regularly spend at McDonald’s, this was disappointing — especially on a hot day when it’s 84 degrees outside.
It’s not about the cost of the water, but the principle. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider coming back.

I don’t know how they watch orders but this is not medium hot latte I opened it in front of them and repeated my question- are u sure this is latte? She replied- yes, I just made it, but no,guys that’s regular coffee with cream and I don’t drink that. My morning is ruined!!!!

I literally just left McDonald.. these people charge my card and didn’t give me my food at all I ended up paying with cash.. I’m so pissed off I doubled paid for a freaking big Mack meal.
