The Grill by Nativus offers an amazing taste of authentic Ecuadorian food with a modern touch. The dishes are full of flavor, fresh, and beautifully presented. From the perfectly grilled meats to the traditional sides like rice, plantains, and yuca, everything feels
It’s a great food court spot for both families and friends to enjoy a delicious, satisfying meal.
I give The Grill by Nativus 5 out of 5 stars for its excellent food, welcoming vibe, and true Ecuadorian flavor.

It was a bit of a disappointing visit. My boyfriend is Ecuadorian & we saw an Instagram reel on this place & we were super excited to visit a local Ecuadorian restaurant as there aren’t very many around. We excitedly ordered a encebollado (classic Ecuadorian dish) but were very confused when they didn’t bring it with plantain chips. This dish is ALWAYS served with it. We found out we had to pay 2.50$ extra for it. Major red flag & came off money hungry. We tried to stay positive and enjoy it for what it was and still bought the chips. All in all Very middle of the road Ecuadorian food, I will say the portion size is decent. The service meh, the flavor meh, the quality meh, the vibes disappointing, no heart, no soul. Not a horrible experience but we won’t be coming back again.

I was so excited to try an Ecuadorian restaurant since I’m Ecuadorian-American. The location is great because it’s part of the Palm Beach Outlets mall. The service was great and the atmosphere is also good in the sense that it is clean for a food court. However, the food was so disappointing. This food does not reflect Ecuadorian food at all. The pan de yuca tasted more like pão de queijo but dry. I also lived in Brazil and it wasn’t even close to good compared to Brazilian cheese bread. I had the seco de pollo and yes the chicken was tender fortunately, but no flavor. The sauce is everythingggg when you eat it with rice and this sauce was too watery. (sorry my photo shows a half eaten seconds pollo because I was so hungry). My Ma had the guatita and she wasn’t impressed (she is from Guayaquil and makes guatita homemade so she knows). My husband had the seco de chivo and he said it was okay. I won’t be back again because the food was so disappointing and expensive. We went there straight off my 15-hour flight from Miami because I wanted to try the new Ecuadorian spot in Palm Beach. But now, I’d rather make my Ecuadorian food at home if the food won’t taste casera and save myself $100.

I’m Ecuadorian and missing our traditional food we know what to expect. I must say this will not be the only time I will come here. We went for encebollado and ended up buying the encebollado, Bandera dish, seco de chivo, yogurt and pan de yuca for my kids. If we could we would’ve bought one of each lol The food was excellent! The portion we got was really good compared to another place we went that sells it for a more expensive price and it wasn’t that great! I have already started recommending this place to who misses our traditional food and for those who want to give it a try!

Respectfully…It’s way too overpriced for my liking, I’d rather go to chipotle or bolay for the same price and way more food options when it comes to “build your own bowl”
I built my own bowl for it to just be 1 option for each step.
Bolay has a large bowl for more options of 2 bases, 2 veggies 2 proteins for the price of $13.99 (I’m pointing it out because it is Cheaper and still considered pricier for some food chains)
I paid 18$ after tax for my salad bowl; I tried the 15.99 honey chicken (regular chicken is 14.99) this is something different I wanted to try and give it a chance but you only get
1 base 1 protein 1 side and 1 sauce
In my opinion this was somewhat mediocre, I only ate here because I was inside the mall and wanted something conveniently nearby and different but I could sincerely make this at home. This is my opinion alone.
On another note the cashier was super nice and explained to me the steps and what they have.

Delicious food! If you want to try Ecuadorian food this is a great introduction! Flavors are balanced, food is freshly made, I couldn’t believe it was mall food!
10/10 would recommend and repeat!
