Visiting my grandparents from outta town they said place is excellent they made reservations. It was delightful my girlfriend loved her meal and so did I! I had a sirloin steak and for dessert I have cookies with ice cream it comes heated on a skillet really delicious. We had dinner at The Grill at Whispering Woods on November 13, 2021 for our anniversary dinner. Their website says “reservations recommended” and that is true. I called at 11am and they only had 3 times available for dinner, so make that reservation! We ordered the bacon wrapped dates and the bacon jalapeño dip for starters. Both were delicious but those dates were FABULOUS! My husband had a salad and I had the soup. We had wine and each had an entree with sides. Everything was so good!. The presentation of the plates was professional and very upscale, but the environment was warm and comfortable (not upscale stuffy). It was cold and dark when we went but this restaurant overlooks Lake Norfork and has outdoor seating options. Our waiter, Travis was very friendly, very attentive, and took time to make us feel comfortable. He was busy but he never made us feel like he didn’t have time to chat with us. We ordered dessert to go because we were too full from our meal. We ordered key lime pie, which was yummy and refreshing and also a banana coffee pie that was AMAZING! it was thick and gooey like caramel and oh so rich. We were very pleased with the price. All we got (and it was a LOT) was under $100. Similar upscale quality meals would have been $150 or more. The food is good enough for those special occasion meals and the prices are good enough for everyday dining. We HIGHLY recommend this restaurant.

We enjoyed our time at the grill. The views were great and the food is better than average for the area. The appetizer we ordered was extremely good (bacon wrapped fig) and the burger and filet were fine (though definitely not stellar). We would come back again as the experience was enjoyable and the prices were also extremely reasonable.

The atmosphere is top-notch! The food is fabulous! From the jalapeño Bacon Dip to any of their homemade desserts, every bite is spectacular. The service we had was even better than everything else. This is a nice place to go on a special occasion or if you’re just looking for a nicer restaurant in the Ozark Mountains.

GET THE BACON WRAPPED DATES!!! This is a wonderful restaurant for lunch or dinner. Reservations are strongly recommended but not always needed. Pictured is the French onion soup, wedge salad, crab cakes, and ribeye?? The dates were already eaten. Lol. The service is always friendly and very helpful if you’re not sure what to get. Also, the creme brulee’ is larger than expected, which is awesome!
