I had a wonderful experience at this cosy Greek restaurant! The food was delicious, authentic, fresh, and full of flavor. I ordered the chicken platter, and it was really good and testy. The meat was perfectly grilled, the rice and salad too.
What made the visit even more special was the owner, Anastasis, who served me at the counter that evening. He was very friendly and welcoming, taking the time to explain the menu and even share a bit about the restaurant’s Greek roots and his home town Thessaloniki.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Greek cuisine and a warm, personal atmosphere. I’ll be coming back!

Delicious with lovely spices. It’s somewhat like a diner (has booths), but the service was excellent and the food was great. Flavorful with large portions. Price range is medium. Will definitely be back.
Edit: in my second visit the cooks were rather loud so the dining experience wasn’t as great. Also, they use oil generously, so keep thst in mind if you are trying to do a low fat diet.

Small restaurant located in a discreet stripmall by South Dixie Hwy (US1).
Excelent attention provided by the two ladies on premise.
Plates come with fresh greek salad. Typical gyros, skewers and some mezes.
Clean place and good service; just be aware it is more of cafeteria style than a restaurant. Great for a quick lunch.

If you’re craving bold Mediterranean flavors served with warm hospitality, Greek House Kitchen is a must-visit gem. Nestled in a cozy corner that blends traditional charm with a modern vibe, this eatery offers an authentic Greek dining experience that’s hard to beat.
From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the savory aroma of grilled meats and herbs — a preview of the culinary delight to come. The staff is friendly and attentive, striking a perfect balance between efficiency and genuine warmth.
Now, let’s talk food. The gyro platter is a standout — tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned meat served over fluffy rice or crisp fries, paired with a creamy tzatziki sauce that’s nothing short of addictive. The spanakopita is flaky and rich, and the Greek salad is a refreshing blend of crisp vegetables, briny olives, and generous chunks of feta. Every dish feels homemade, like it came straight from a Greek yia-yia’s kitchen.
Vegetarian options are thoughtfully crafted, and portions are generous without sacrificing quality. For dessert, don’t skip the baklava — layered, syrupy, and just sweet enough to end the meal on a high note.
Prices are reasonable for the portion sizes, and the food comes out fresh and hot. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or enjoying a leisurely dinner, Greek House Kitchen delivers on flavor, service, and atmosphere.

I ordered the lamb chop dinner with a Greek salad and mixed vegetables. I was not disappointed and I could barely have had such a good dinner at home for $23! Make sure you tell them light oil on the vegetables if you are on a diet. Generous portions. This is a tiny but powerful little place. I would surely come in once a week if I lived closer. Athanasios is the owner and a true Greek, serving authentic food. I posted my food to show you the portion size. Enjoy, I did!

Based upon the $15+ for the grilled octopus the portion was lacking. There was more red onions than octopus. I moved the octopus and a small portion of red onions to the plate that the sliver of lemon was placed on. The owner acted as if it was a bother when I asked for lemon. I was brought one slice of lemon ?? As I was leaving I heard him go to one of the tables and make sure the diners were okay. Not once was I asked if everything was okay ? I ordered the lamb chops to go and they were cooked absolutely too early for carry out. They were brought to my table while I was still eating the octopus. As expensive as the lamb chops were the cook on them nor the taste would indicate that ! The lamb chops were overcooked and flavorless !! I was not even given napkins or plastic ware for that expensive $25+ meal that was 4 mini chops a salad and 1side. I should have done as everyone else that dined while I was there and only order the gyros. Totally dissatisfied. I will not be going back.

A small diner but large in flavor. Starter Greek salad was delicious. I had the Gyro platter and the wife had the Mustafa, both meals were large servings and prepared on order. Everything was very flavorful. Also, we had an order of Falafel and it was extremely tasty! Only one bad critique, the plastic utensils were far too flimsy for this excellent meal. Highly recommend.

Fast casual place. We visited Saturday night and it was quite slow maybe the reason the gyro meat was dry. The feta cheese fries and salad and pastichio were also good. They have no liquor license so we had our dinner w ice tea. The atmosphere was that of a place you eat and leave as soon as done since there is no attraction to hold you. Service needs some improvement as well. It could be so much better if they paid a bit more attention to customer service and added some festive atmosphere as simple as music.
