Absolutely phenomenal. I lived in Germany for 3 years and traveled to Greece and their food tastes so authentic. Even the fries taste amazing. Will absolutely come back. It’s very affordable, we got three meals and spent around $50. The owner was also super friendly, and I loved the atmosphere. Thank you so much!!!

Service is great here, and the Greek salad is on point!! Seriously good, as is the spanakopita. I could eat that spanakopita every day. To be honest, the chicken was not my favorite in either dish I ordered, but everything else was so good, I’ll be visiting again to try more of the menu!

Service was awesome, however, I probably won’t go back because the food was disappointing. It’s obviously that the souvlaki is pre-made and warmed to serve. I also ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. The sauce was soooo sweet I couldn’t eat it. I tried rinsing the noodles a bit, but it was just too sweet. Spaghetti shouldn’t be dessert.

If I could leave a 0. Second time I’ve been there in the last couple years. Got the order wrong again. 40$ order and they charged me to use my credit card. It’s 2026. Called last time to fix it and got a lot of attitude. Didnt bother this time. Did they switch owners? Don’t go.

The Greek Grill in Lewisville is a place that I’ve constantly driven past meaning to go there, but I never did. Today I went there. It was a great experience.

I thought it might be just a drive-through, but it had really nice indoor dining. It was well decorated with really nice prints on the walls, and colorful lighting. It also had a TV on either wall. It really was my kind of place.

As to the food, I won’t even try to spell what I got, but it was a pork kebab platter with hummus. Tasted great and seemed healthy.

The salad really impressed me. I’m used to getting a side salad with mainly lettuce and a couple of other vegetables. But the Greek salad I got was packed full of lettuce cheese onions cucumbers tomatoes, banana peppers etc.

They also had other standard items such as burgers hotdogs and fries

Overall just a very nice, friendly, relaxed place to get a bite to eat.

Great Greek food, huge menu, solid service. Definitely can’t go wrong checking out this place for a quick bite. They also have a drive thru and plenty of indoor seating. I enjoyed the lamb and Greek salad.

Great Greek place. I get takeout all the time and I’ve never personally been disappointed with the food. The Greek salad is amazing, the gyros are good, and the house dressing is something that you can’t get from a store shelf. The pork Souvlaki is my current favorite and is highly recommended. I feel old considering I used to go here when it was Chars.

Go eat at the Greek grill. I had a chicken pita and the chicken was so tender and delicious. The place is very clean and the bathroom is clean. I’ll be going back even though I have to drive 45 mins to get there.

*Sigh* I have loved this restaurant for so long; when I am town, I have gone *out of my way* to schedule my visit around coming here; the spaghetti is my most favorite spaghetti–the sauce is sweet and delightful, meaty, and filling. The garlic bread is perfectly buttered, toasted, and sliced–fluffy yet crispy. At $12.99, it’s a little steep, but it really is delicious.

But I am overall just… disappointed with how this establishment handles money.
(1) We were charged about 4% of our bill after tax for a “Non-Cash Adjust”, and we weren’t warned about that at all. Some establishments will even give you a DISCOUNT if you use cash, but charging a surplus and then not even *telling* your customers about it until they happen to look at the receipt is a really bad practice.
(2) The restaurant charges $0.25 for water cups, a fine practice, but does not warn customers ahead of time and just tacks on the charge. The only reason I knew about it was because I happened to be watching the cash register and saw the price change, then recalled that this is a practice they’ve done for a while (though I think it used to be $0.10 per cup back in 2017ish). My problem once again is not that the charge is there; my problem is that we weren’t told about it when we were ordering!

I understand that prices go up because our society has shifted with inflation; it sucks that I feel like these prices have gone up way too much, such that they’re no longer “a good deal”, but I do still have a soft spot in my heart for this local joint. Overall, we kind of walked out of the door disappointed about how this restaurant has handled pricing.

That being said, the greek dressing on the tables is delicious, and the staff are friendly and very nice. We felt welcomed, and the food came out fresh, hot, and all together so that we could all eat at the same time. Service was an A+, and the food was very satisfactory (if a little pricy).

The TL;DR seems to be that owners/management have made some negative decisions about this restaurant, but the people that we interact with–cashiers, cooks, etc.–are very nice people that are accommodating and very competent. Thanks for making our afternoon delicious and pleasant!
