Delicous Chinese food!
Cozy atmosphere with delicous food and attentive service.
We had a drink (Mai Tai and Suffering B), an appetizer (Peking dumplings), Happy Family and sliced pork and scallions.
Trully recommend.
Especial thanks to the chef and to sweet Alice!

understaffed that nite {long wait to be served}. food: pork fried rice was not fluffy{leads me to believe it wasn’t made to order, maybe a day+ old} same with chicken egg foo yung {patties flat not plumb} chicken wings on buffet {some overcooked} but managed 4-5 good ones{V/G}. chicken fingers were good. egg rolls the first round not too good, better/good the 2nd go-round. crab ragoons dry/have been better. peppercorn shrimp were good. hopeful for some CONSISTENCY , for we go quite often.

I want to Great Wall for my holiday party for work. The location was easy to find and I was quickly greeted and brought to my party. we did the buffet in the food was great!! I got a Pina colada, which was also great. great atmosphere, great service and an all-around great experience. I feel like it’s hard to find good Chinese food nowadays but I was not disappointed.

This is a tucked away restaurant. It’s a great place with a menu so huge you just go for the Buffet. There is plenty of seating. If you’re treating a bigger group the price of the buffet is super reasonable. Under $20. The food is fresh and tasty. The tempura has a wonderful light crunch and flavor. The crab Rangoon is delicious. I didn’t realize soup came with the buffet and was disappointed the waiter didn’t ask me if I wanted any. The dessert is a little sparse, but it’s really about the main course.

Pros: tasty food, food not super greasy

Cons: pricey, not enough food (at least for take out)

Not a bad place if you are wanting to feed 2 people for an OK price. I ordered take out, so I cannot speak on the buffet.

Fried rice was not greasy and tasted really good as well as the lo mein. Tasted homemade.

Take out food, I do not think was enough food for the price. Had I been ordering for just two people… it may have been just barely enough, but in the end I wanted more food for the price. I was feeding much more than 2 people and I paid $80 and barely fed all of us.

For $80, the buffet would probably be a much better choice, especially for more than 2 people, but I do not know. If the food on the buffet is the same as the take out order, then probably worth it.

They did not offer combos, rice and protein, which I am use to. That’s normally what I get and it’s always been a ton of food, especially for the price. Had to order all of that separate here, which drives the bill up.

I will say it was pretty busy, so I had high hopes. Not sure if people were ordering the buffet or ordering plates of food. So I was bummed when the amount of food I received was pretty stingy, tasty, but stingy for the price.

IF, I come back, it will be to try the buffet. I won’t get the take out order again unless I read that they are adding combos or upsizing their portions.

This restaurant used to be good. But management has changed, cooks have changed and they refuse to take constructive criticism.

The food isn’t fresh. The service is poor. They need new management and cooks.

The ingredients should be fresh. Not sitting open in a fridge for a week.

Had their Sunday Dinner Buffet and my family enjoyed it so much. Everything was fresh and they had a great variety. No excuse not to go home full and happy. Check it out you won’t be disappointed.

Horrible…absolutely horrible food and worse service! Asked for specifically extra peanuts and bean sprouts on pad Thai. No sprouts… very little peanuts. Egg rolls were overcooked. Waiter asked how the food was and I sent it back. I told him it was not good and tasted saturated in lemon juice. He took food away and handed me a bill for $28 for food that I couldn’t even eat. He offered no substitutions. I asked woman at register to look at my bill perhaps a discount as I did not eat the food and sent it back. She was rude and said “we serve good food you are wrong. I saw your food” I said ma’am it was terrible I didn’t eat it. Sent it back and wasn’t even offered a substitution. She told me to leave and dine somewhere else.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! And terrible food to go with it.

Not only the food wrong, when I called the restaurant, the exact words were:
“hahaha, you don’t know what you are talking about, you know nothing about Chinese food!”
“Don’t tell me the driver dropped it off at the wrong location, you ordered from Grubhub, that’s what happens”
“Whatever, I’m not giving your money back, call Grubhub”

And this conversation happened AFTER I sent them a picture of their bad food. Yes, I may not be an expert of Chinese food, but this mess on the photo is fried bread drowning in sauce for $20 with no beef in sight.

Honestly, being a business myself literally next block from this location, I thought twice about writing a bad review for a local business. Bad food is one thing, but adding such an abysmal customer service, there is just no excuse for that. Just wow! Never ever will I support this business.
