I was in long John silvers in Weirton this evening 2-27(Friday) and they was extremely busy but I needed to give the young man that was working the front packing orders a shout out because even with how busy it was a veteran older gentleman came in he must have ordered on line and didn’t have the right stuff to get his order well the worker went above and beyond to help him out and still continue packing orders and answering the phone all while still helping this gentleman get his order figured out!!! Now that customer service!! He also told me how cute my outfit was ☺️

Honestly enjoyed it and would rate a 4.8, the food was good, great service, nice atmosphere, all in all I enjoyed it. Ordered a few different things to try since they re-opened a bit back. The cheese bites were amazing, popcorn chicken was great too especially with the cocktail sauce. The chicken and cod was good too. My salmon tasted great but felt slightly overcooked and little dry hence why I didn’t give a straight 5 stars however I don’t think it will be like that everytime, besides the salmon being a little dry everything else was honestly great. They were timely and nice, smiled while taking our order and checked on us making sure everything was going well once we got the order. Just general good service from the staff so I would recommend to others! I also liked the half gallon drink, thought that was fun and unique

First visit walk in. Getting out of the car to go inside restaurant was like walking in a ash tray. Disgusting!!! So now I will only do drive thru. But yesterday went drive thru. Literally waited 20 minutes for 6 price shrimp. Finally get up to windows and don’t you guys park people. Response was usually we do. Well you need to!! Then after frustrated but of course I was missing pieces of shrimp or so I thought. I guess by time I got my order they didn’t have any more or thought they could bullshit me for their convenience. Instead 6 fried shrimp I got 4 and 2 im assuming popcorn shrimp to replace em. This site is really poor service and management. Won’t visit again.

Moves like molasses. Seriously, if you do not have a half an hour to spare, do not go here. They were slow to take my order, slow to take my payment, and once the order was ready, I was waiting for the drive thru lady to hand me my food for 5 minutes. I was seriously considering driving off without my order, but decided to stay for a payoff that was “meh”….

I was so excited when they reopened. Sadly the food has gone down hill. I was there close to opening and I dont know when the last time was they changed their oil. My chicken had black stuff all over it.

The service was horrible. Ordered my food. I got the 2 piece fish and I chicken meal. The only thing warm on my plate was the one chicken piece. Everything else was cold. The food was better when it was the old long johns.
