The food is soul enriching. Real Mediterranean food, you absolutely get what you pay for. One of the best Greek restaurants I’ve been to. The Gyros are incredible. I ordered extra hummus and pita to take home because it’s that good.
I can’t stop eating here, even though it really should be an occasional treat. The food is always freshly made with quality ingredients. Maybe that sounds cliche but it’s true. I seldom write reviews, but I had to for this place.
The staff is very friendly and patient if you’re not sure what you want. Makes for a very relaxed and chill environment. I’m gonna keep eating here, and maybe you’ll see me. Hopefully not while I’m stuffing my face.
If you’re on the fence, trust me, get a gyro. You won’t regret it.

I recently stopped by The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill in Falls Church, VA, and I can confidently say this place is a true gem for Greek cuisine lovers. They also serve halal as well! The meal was absolutely fantastic, starting with the star of the show: their Chicken Gyro. It was nothing short of amazing! The chicken was grilled and seasoned perfectly, offering a great flavor profile, and the pita was warm and soft—the ideal vessel for the creamy tzatziki, fresh tomatoes, and onions. It was the kind of authentic, flavorful gyro that instantly makes a restaurant a favorite.
To complement the sandwich, we ordered the Feta Fries, and they were equally great. The combination of hot, crispy fries generously topped with salty, crumbled feta cheese is simple, yet highly addictive. It elevates a typical side dish into something truly memorable and makes for a fantastic shared appetizer.
Between the exceptional quality of the chicken gyro and the satisfying feta fries, The Great Greek has definitely earned a spot on my rotation. I noticed they also feature an Athenian Burger on the menu, and the intrigue of a Greek-inspired burger is enough to guarantee a speedy return visit. If the rest of the menu is anywhere near as good as what I’ve tried so far, I have no doubt it’ll be another hit. Highly recommend!

I love stopping by this spot whenever I am nearby. The meals taste excellent, while steady crowds prove its popularity on every visit. A complimentary parking garage sits just steps from the entrance. New visitors may feel a bit turned around during the first trip.

Amazingly delish food. Seemed very fresh and was cooked to order. It takes about 20 mins for an entree and nice portions. The gentleman taking and putting together orders was very nice and helpful. He greeted and acknowledged every person coming in. Meal was overall great and flavorful

This is one of my favorite restaurants in northern Virginia. I usually get the chicken gyro and it has consistently been delicious every time I order it. The service is also great and the outdoor seating is really nice. The owner and employees are very friendly and keep the place clean and hygienic.

As I sit here eating my leftover hummus and pita from dinner last night, savoring how delicious it is, I decided to write my review. This is our go to spot for Greek near Seven Corners/Bailey’s. I love the flavor of their hummus. It is smooth, creamy and flavorful. Their gyros are top notch, packed with protein and flavor. My favorite is the shrimp gyro.
Other than the great food, the staff here are so friendly and helpful! They always greet us with a smile and offer of assistance.
If you have a hankering for Greek eats, give this place a try!

The food was good and fresh, the service was great. Prices were high but portion sizes were big. The only negative to my experience was a worker trying to shame me for not eating every piece of tomato from my salad because it could have fed starving children somewhere. I could have done without that. Had I known it came with the number it did, I would have asked for less. Will definitely go again though as the food is very good.

Pretty good overall. Started with the dip combo and some feta fries. Both were tasty, my only complaint was they definitely don’t give you enough pita to go with the dip and then charge you for more which is weird since it’s pay at the counter so you have to go back up and pay for more. Got the gyro which is quite a bit bigger than pictured, otherwise pretty standard. Kids got a pita pizza which they seemed to enjoy. Shared some baklava ice cream for dessert which is good if you like either baklava or ice cream (or both) so a pretty easy win on that one. Anyway, pretty good overall. Note that parking in the lot out front is a bit crowded and tight.

My husband and I love this place. We usually get takeout and order ahead. It’s always ready on time. Everyone is really nice when we come in. The warmth and care for customers is apparent even in our short interactions.
We both get the chicken gyros which are delicious and packed with chicken! We can’t wait to dine in soon

Small little restaurant with a huge kick!!! We dined here for the first time and will continue to come back as many times as we can. We ordered two gyros and a burger and it was amazing! Lots of flavors, very soft and tasty chicken and lamb, the beef was perfect. It felt healthy yet hearty at the same time and everything was super fresh! I just wish the kids pizza had some kind of meat in it.
