When I arrived on Saturday the 28th, I happened to see this place and gave it a chance. Was looking for an onionbagel for ths husband, didn’t find one but got a cinnamon crunch or whatever its called. It was AMAZING. Freshest bagel I have ever had, even several hours later. Cream cheese perfectly softened and the flavor was decadent. Not this afternoon, December 3, decided to stop in on my flight out. The lady at the counter did not look pleasant so I waited for what I assumed would be a shift change. The 2 young women working the counter were busy on their phones and appeared to be unhappy to be at work. I ordered the same thing. This was NOTHING like my first one. Hard, dry, it looked over cooked almost burned and they just threw in a little container of cream cheese. This is an example when its your employees and not your product to blame. I aberaged out the 5 star with the 1 star and made it a 3, which is still generous. I hope to find a better location on another trip. Management- manage your people.

We got a cinnamon bagel at the airport. The lady uncharged us for the cinnamon bagel even though it had its own price and wouldn’t lower it even though I showed her the price on the screen. When we got our bagel it was hard and stale-not fresh at all.

On our way home from a fabulous cruise/vacation and needed a quick bite before leaving. The gal taking the order was THE rudest person we have come across in New Orleans!! She was just like the soup nazi, and insisted we wanted a “Turkey Club Panini” (14.99) when we wanted a “Turkey Sandwich” (9.99). Not pleasant at all and barked orders at us.
Will not stop there again. So many other choices at the airport. Stay away from this one!

The morning I ordered from here…I was not in a rush, so I allowed a gentleman who was running late to go ahead of me. He ended up paying for our breakfast…what an unexpected blessing. When I return to the area I will try a different place for breakfast if it is breakfast time. The food was not bad…it is just not what I was looking for but got it because it was close to my gate.

Customer service is ridiculous. When we first walked up, we asked what time do you open. The lady responded 5:30. It is now 5:36 and we asked what time do you open and she said 5-10 minutes or whenever we set up! She shouldn’t be in the airport working with a bad attitude and poor customer service! We stood there and waiting and she totally ignored us but had time to take the oranges and put her a few in her purse!

Just ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese and it was great. Employee at the register was great, but the one making the food clearly didn’t want to be there. Hope they had a better day. Most of us have to work, unfortunately, but make your customers at least feel welcomed whether your day be good or not.

Young lady working was extremely rude. Had an attitude with the whole line of customers and was rolling her eyes. Then proceeded to talk to her coworker and talk smack about the people in line. Is this really the standard Great American Bagel Panini holds? Lady needs to be fired!!
