They always make my drinks correctly. This morning I was having a bit of a rough day and i forgot to order my drink iced. Not only did they remake it they also brought it out to my car for me. It made my day. By far the best caribou location in Sioux Falls!

First time trying Caribou Coffee and we were fans! Both of our coffees were so good and it makes us wish we had one where we live. Only complaint is that the drive-thru set up at this location is a little wonky, so we didn’t even see the speaker box because it’s around the back of the building, and there was no signage directing you to go around if you don’t turn in from the front. There were also no other cars so we just saw the window and pulled up, which irritated the baristas. Totally understand, but better signage would be helpful to newcomers. That being said, the facility is really nice and would definitely go again when visiting Sioux Falls!

I ordered a Frozen Matcha, but it tasted like nothing but crushed ice. There was almost no matcha flavor at all. We even left a tip and still received a drink with no taste. Very disappointing experience.

My volleyball team is currently visiting for a tournament and we decided we wanted some coffee! After ordering via Uber Eats, spending 9 extra dollars for the delivery fee and tip, and receiving the order in the four holder drink carrier, we noticed the Uber delivered 2 out of 4 of the drinks. We proceeded to text the driver, no answer, so we called Caribou. The manager stated that we could either drive to the store to pick up the rest of the order or call management to file a refund. We decided to drive to the store and pick up the remaining order and asked the employee what occurred. She said they were very busy and didn’t notice the driver picked up the drink carrier with half of the order missing. She then claimed it was his fault. As a Caribou employee myself, I know it is our job as workers to ensure the Uber order has all of the items before putting it in the area to be picked up. Didn’t even offer a free drink or a “make it good”. Highly disappointed.
