Graze Cafe is seriously one of my favorite places to eat in Rexburg. The food is always so fresh and everything I’ve tried has been amazing. You can tell they really care about the quality. The staff are super nice and the whole place just has a really good vibe. I always leave happy and already wanting to come back. Definitely a 10/10 spot.

Wow! This place is spectacular! As a college student it’s hard to find cheaper places with good food but this one is perfect! I also have to shout out Lydie carter for always being so kind when I go in! She is always very good at taking orders and getting them done in a timely manner!

My coworker and I recently placed an order for Strawberry Poppy Seed salads and Truffle Parm fries and had a not very good experience. However, after leaving a review describing what went wrong with our order, the owner messaged me via Instagram and wanted to make it right. She offered to redo our order for us if we were willing to give it another try and we are so glad we did!! Their salads are absolutely wonderful and we are excited to try all the different avocado toasts too! They made one bad experience up to us tenfold and we appreciate and will totally support a business that is willing to go the extra mile to keep their customers happy!!

Seriously so so good! I got the caprese sandwich and my husband got the honey apple grilled cheese. Both were absolutely amazing and so satisfying! We also both got the truffle fries which are very yummy and I would love to try the sweet potato fries next! I also got a green juice and macaroons, seriously both were amazing. I will be coming back again!

the graze is seriously the best spot in rexburg. you can tell how much thought and love is put into this small business with just one bite of the food! cannot reccomend the pepper sandwich more, it is PHENOMENAL and a constant craving for me! the fresh pressed juices and avocado toasts are sooo yummy and healthy! i would reccomend the cucumber ginger apple juice or the beet celery apple orange juice! they have a build your own avocado toast option and it is SO AMAZING. i love the avocado toast with tomatos, everything bagel seasoning, arugula, and red chili flakes. the owner is the sweetest, and she so clearly has a love and passion for what she does and creates. go to the graze!! cannot reccomend it more! they have a food truck surrounded by other amazing food trucks, a sit down location, and a stand at the farmers market…. and the experience is consistently amazing at each spot!!

This is a fun take on a food truck! The truck is cute, and the menu is more interesting than I expected for a sandwich spot! I got the Italian and a pink drink. Italian was a safe choice, but their options looked great, too! Their pink drink was great, too! My only complaint is that it took a long time for our food to come out. Not to bad, but it looked like a worker had run to the grocery store for supplies. It’s totally fine, but a little bit of headsup as far as the length of weight we had would’ve been great!
