With over 16 million views from my reviews I am proudly abel to state I love Carnen’s Cocina II and was finally abel to get ahold of one of their breakfast burritos which I can definitely attest that it was very pleasing to my palate.
I ordered the Sausage Breakfast Burrito and it comes on a 10 inch tortilla and with a side of salsa that was equally delicious. Let me tell you that every bite in this burrito was packed with meat and eggs and was definitely worth the price. It gave me the energy I was going to need to get my car shopping done that day since we all know how these wolf’s at the dealership can be.
I did Google to see Carmen’s store hours but for some reason it was saying they were closed on Fridays but they were very much open this past Friday and according to the kind lady who took my order at the counter she said that they always were but that they do have different hours.
I asked for a To Go menu which they do have so I could daydream about what I want to try on my next visit there in beautiful Olathe, Ks. Thank you Carmen’s Cocina II for the remarkable service, friendly atmosphere, and for the best Breakfast Burrito I’ve ever had.

I always get the same thing every time we go, although I try to convince myself to try the rest of the amazing menu asada gordita, pork tamale, and a horchata! We always have to get the chips and queso (boyfriend doesn’t like pico ). The food always tastes fresh, the family that runs it is always so inviting and happy to help!! The environment is always so welcoming. Not pictured is the chocolate chimi. If you’re thinking about getting it, but unsure, just DO IT! You won’t regret it. Honestly, I don’t think you could regret anything you would get from here! Thank you Carmen’s Cocina II for taking care of us and serving the best food

Stopped in a got a breakfast burrito to go. Wait time was short and everyone was friendly. My burrito with eggs, sausage, chorizo, potatoes and cheese was hot and full of flavor. It was a good size and fair price. I need to come back and try more items on the menu.

The staff was nice, though I could do without hearing, ‘Have a blessed day’ a dozen times. The tamales were good. The other food was something I could have easily made better at home. $23 with tip for one person was too much for what I ate.

I don’t come through town often due to work, but Carmen’s is a must stop!! They have wonderful breakfast platters and breakfast burritos that are just the right size to keep me powered through the day!! And everyone is so delightful and wonderful!

Authentic and awesome. Breakfast is a huge standout here and they open early.
I’m not sure if they make their own chorizo or what but it is really good and a good way to start the day.

BEST Chilaquiles in KC, made with homemade chips that are thicc so you get the wonderful flavor of the sauce with a great crunch. Although the food is EXCELLENT, it’s the people that make this place such a gem. They’re respectful, caring and professional not because this is their profession it’s because that the kind of people they are. I do not know them personally but you can tell they’re genuine and make you feel like family. As I was waiting for my food I watched the owner help out a young college woman who seemed stranded with a broken down car. He got her an Uber and called a tow truck for her. I’m pretty sure he paid for it too. Even if he didn’t, he still went out of his way to take care of her. What a great example to his employees and community!

This would be the first place I would tell people visiting Olathe to go for a meal. Carmen‘s is literally the best breakfast burrito in the world. They not only have incredible food but amazing service and ownership. They do incredible things just the Olathe community and love people well. Your day will be brighter if you visit Carmen’s. This is the breakfast burrito with chorizo.
