I absolutely love Gourmet Girls! I may be biased because I’ve worked for Lisa and Barb and they are the most talented chefs I’ve ever met! The food is second to none and I have continued to be a customer LONG after I stopped working for them. I love the salad bar and the sandwiches! Best crab soup. I order trays for our family holidays and have never been disappointed! Love the wine and liquor selection as well! Store keeps getting better and better!

Tried this place for the first time last week. The sandwich was so good. Came back the next day for more. I went with padres, chipotle, chicken, grilled cheese sandwich man was it good. Second visit I went with a Reuben sandwich and substituted grilled chicken instead of whatever meat normally comes on a Reuben. the Ruben was good, but I think I’ll stick with the Padres sandwich moving forward. Oh I can’t forget the fries. Now the taste of the food is great but the portions size not so great. I was basically still hungry after my lunch here. Also, the first day I came in they were two younger girls, taking orders and working the cash register. They were both very pleasant. The second day there was an older lady with blue nail polish, and she was not very pleasant. I was asking her for recommendations on which cake to try and she was very uninterested in recommending anything to me. All she could say was they are all good.

Best and freshest salad bar in town. We use their catering and it’s always delicious food and is displayed beautifully and artistically. Easiest staff to deal with. From breakfast to our lunches, to our dinner plans, we can count on Gourmet Girls to Keep our bellies full and our mouths salivating!!

Everyone is super friendly and the food is great when they include all the ingredients. The last couple times I have been they have forgotten to put an item on my sandwich such as bacon and most recently I got the moonlight in Vermont and they forgot to put apples on the sandwich. I would say if you get takeout to check everything is there.

I had a great sandwich and delicious macaroni salad for lunch. However, the Diet Coke tasted really awful. Checked the expiration date on the cap and it was “OCTOBER 09” !!!!!

This is such a quaint little spot to buy and browse with a variety of gourmet food items and beverages including alcohol. I had frequented the Owings Mill location before and well as the former gourmet market in Pikesville before the arrival of GG. The dine-in area (indoor) sits past the cashiers and has all the ambience you need to enjoy your experience at Gourmet Girls. Even my husband wouldn’t mind coming back.

ordered the Ray Lewis. This is a crab cake on a ciabatta roll with shrimp salad, bacon, lettuce and tomato. I drove form PA for this sandwich. I have purchased in the past (portions were larger) and prices less. The sandwich was just ok this time. It was lost in the bread and didn’t seem to have as much flavor. This is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
