Absolutely enjoyed our visit today.
We went in today because of the Tuesday special that is a Classic single and Shoestring herb fries for $8.
What a great deal! The burger was delicious and the shoestring herb fries were amazing like always!
Service was quick, employees were super polite, and they have a bathroom that’s actually clean.
I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a delicious burger. Tuesday’s are great because of the special but all of their burgers are amazing.

So much to love about the cosy world of Gourmet Burger shop! Located at the far end of Gig Harbor, it’s worth a visit.
A variety of interesting burger toppings plus all your traditional favorites are available plus the added bonus of high quality handmade milkshakes. The mountain of shoestring fries were a personal highlight plus a sneaky good beer selection.
Excellent service too and don’t worry about the long line, it moves fast and is a reflection of the quality offerings.

The burgers were fire . I had a pastrami one that was out of this world and my gf had the ovacado gorgonzola…also good. Not nearly enough seating though…and it was very expensive. $17 for a burger….could have at least made it a double for that price. Onion rings were excellent….string fries were tasty but got limp quickly. Shakes were also decent.

Best burgers around! Nicely seasoned and not too thick, served with quality toppings. I had grilled onions and dill pickle with mustard. Simple perfection. GET THE ONION RINGS! The fries are real potatoes cut shoe string style and not buried in salt. So yummy.

Came in, very clean, gal at front was super nice and food was out in 15ish mins. Not long at all. We got the teriyaki n bacon cheddar burger. Both very good, ate the whole thing.
Yes SHOESTRING FRYS ARE SKINNY they were crispy. Truffle mayo dip. 10/10. Over all we almost didnt come because of reviews but glad we did because it showed us how many of the reviews were actually wrong.

Good god, this was so good. Only drawback would be the nap i had to take after crushing this monster. Great value, flavor on point, was fast and the seating was almost at capacity. 10/10 no notes

I am so glad we found the Gourmwt Burger spot. The best burgers I have found in Wa. I’m sure there are other great burgers around, I just haven’t found them yet. Shoestring fries were hot and flavorful. The burgers were great and a dog friendly patio. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying some more of these awesome burgers. They even had gluten free buns for the wife.

This place is still as good as I remembered. I loved their shoestring fries – so crunchy and so flavorful. Their burger is big and juicy. The portion was big. I ordered a milkshake with espresso and peanut butter, just the way i liked it.
It’s a small place with less than 5 tables. The decor is simple. This is the place to be if you want good burgers, fries and milkshakes when you are in Gig Harbor.
