The sign that said “Ginormous Subs” got me to finally try the subs. It was incredible! Two meats, cheese and my choice of fresh lettuce, tomatoes, etc on a delicious sub bun with a drink for only $12.99!! Everyone who saw my sub (I took it ToGo) wanted to know where it came from. The movie theme is awesome and the place is so tastefully decorated. I will be back, but I still have over half a sub to finish tomorrow!!

Everything was just awesome! From the movies playing on the big screens to Cheers playing behind the bar. Beer was cold and the sandwiches were amazing. Even John McClane was impressed! Extremely clean and the atmosphere was quiet. Finally a place to stop at and grab a great sandwich. Well done!!! (I’ll be back…probably tomorrow…)

The menu is limited to sub sandwiches and chips and dips. They also had a jumbo hot pretzel. The sandwiches were gigantic and fresh with a drink included. The pretzel was as big as my head.
A great value with fun drink specials. The movie posters decorating the walls were tailored to the season and great fun. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially bartender Reagan was a treat.

Nigel Tufnel from This Is Spinal Tap would give the Jumbo Pretzel an 11. I am a certified pretzel snob and I would 100% agree with Nigel. Hands down the best Pub Pretzel I have ever had. The GIRT is also well lit and extremely clean. The posters on the walls are extraordinary and clever.

We were a little chilly so took our sandwiches to go. However before we left we had the best amaretto sour ever. The sandwiches are great. We could have split one but hey, now we get to taste them again tomorrow. The server and the manager were awesome. I never went to the old joint but the newly opened place is serving up some delicious, generous sandwiches.

Went into the girt today with my service dog. My dog was very well identifiable wearing his proper red vest. The waitress said “no dogs” I replied he is my service dog for ptsd and he is allowed by law, then I stated if a blind person came in with his service dog would allow him? She said I don’t know let me ask the owner” she came back to continue give us a hard time. I stated we will just leave she replied “Okay” that’s the problem it’s not okay. Yes I have a service dog yes, yes I would rather just have a pet not a service dog

They opened the end of June this year, this is a well known tavern in Kalamazoo that had been here for years! The owner and family are spectacular as is what they have done with the place. Love it!

Food is great the owner and his daughter are super nice the make over of the bar is incredible clean and well lit they like to over feed you so nothing to complain about stop in and try a sub they’re gteat
