I’ve never had a pizza that was somehow burnt yet uncooked at the same time. If the delivery guy wasn’t such a gem this review would be one star. Check my past reviews… It’s very rare for me to ever give anything under 3 stars. I know everyone has a job to do, but we were really looking forward to pizza and this is not edible. See photos for proof. I’d love to change my review, I’d love to give you another chance, But whoever cooked this pizza needs to find a new industry to work in, because this was horrendous… I do not enjoy writing this review, but it needed to be said. I hope whoever works in the kitchen here starts taking some pride in their pizza.

I love Dominos L.G. They always make my pizza how I ask them to. For instance, I like the hand tossed, but I don’t like tons of crust, so I request they put my toppings close to the edges. There have been many employees. Sorry I can’t remember everyone. I do remember Jen, who works there as of tonight – 2/20/26, and there was Liza, Dawn, Katie and Abel. Everyone’s always polite ordering on the phone or in person, the drivers are nice and the pizzas have always been perfect…like tonight! Thanks Jen!

I ordered a few items, one of them being a Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich. Halfway into eating said sandwich I notice a hair sticking out. I could not pull it out because it is baked into the sandwich. It immediately ruined my appetite, how gross
I wish I could’ve given 0 stars. I will be calling tomorrow morning.

The pizza arrived cold, though we are 5 minutes away from the location (less than, if you don’t hit a red light). The dried out, shrunken boneless chicken was covered in more burnt cheese than BBQ sauce. We put them in the oven to reheat them (both to hopefully make them palatable and to ensure they were safe to eat). In the end, both were edible, but not at all good (hence the single star).
To be nit-picky: The sauce tasted like the standard sauce (instead of the marinara I ordered). It was also really light on mushrooms (though we did order “normal” mushrooms) so, if you do decide to order from this location and want mushrooms on your pizza, you may have to order “extra” mushrooms (and pay the additional fee) to get more than one mushroom piece every couple of slices.
We saw the pizza was “being checked for quality” nearly twenty minutes before I received the text it was on its way. The website still says it is being checked, despite our having received it, reheated it, and eaten it.
Attached is a photo of the burnt chicken, though it hardly does the blackened bits at the ends justice. There is no way to show the coldness of the pizza in a photograph so we didn’t bother photographing it.

Hello, I’m writing to share my experience during our visit on Valentine’s Day with my family. It was a snowy day, as many know, but we decided to go inside and order pizza. We were told there would be a 40-minute wait, which was fine, so we paid and left to wait outside. After waiting for a while, we returned to the store, only to be informed by the manager that it would be another 40 minutes because they had an order of 70 pizzas to prepare. I feel this should have been communicated to us before we paid and waited, especially on a snowy day. The manager was rude and inconsiderate, especially since we had children with us and had already waited 40 minutes. His attitude was careless, and I believe he needs additional training or perhaps reassignment. It was a frustrating experience, and I hope improvements are made for future customers.
