Fantastic little hole-in-the-wall spot for smoothies and sandwiches. Perfect for quick downtown refreshments. Very good at handling dietary restrictions. Both vegans and vegetarians will find refreshing options. I had a great time with a Cocoa Beware smoothie. I’m excited to try everything else on the menu.

I ate everything else way too quickly to take pictures. I did manage to get a picture of the quinoa salad, however. I don’t know if anyone reading my review ate at His Garden and Bakery that used to be in College Place; a million years ago but the eggless egg salad here was up to standards with His Garden and Bakery; who in my opinion had the best egg salad I’ve ever had! The presentation was lovely even for to-go! I don’t know about you but most of the time when I think of a quinoa salad, I think of something incredibly bland that no one but a vegan would eat lol this quinoa salad was SPLENDID! Very light flavors that don’t overwhelm you but bursting with complexity that tantalized the palate! I was so devastated when the Market by Andy’s closed because I literally got smoothies there a minimum of 3X per week! Now I have a new place that I can frequent on a regular basis that has all the delicious healthy things!!

Love this place. The smoothies are refreshing especially on a hot summer day. We had the O P P, I fell in the garden and Island time. We would order them again. They were delicious.
