The service is top notch. I asked for a Bellini, and the bartender came by to tell me they have peach liqueur rather than syrup. Um… yes please! Best Bellini ever. Stunningly beautiful location and decor. Food was lovely.

Food was decent overall(small portions and not everything is cooked well). I will not recommend the kids menu. Definitely not the kids burger with fries as overcooked and the fries were (our little one must have have gotten the left over small ones) meh.

The apple starter along with sourdough bread were good (the butter was too salty for my taste). Entrees: quail, oysters (both small plates) and scallops with Kohlrabi were good. For dessert the honey ice cream (new), carrot cheesecake (decent) and the latte was on point.

Service was decent. They weren’t that busy but the staff was slow to pick up dirty plates, refill water and grab cheque.

Not a child friendly experience but most restaurants in the U.S. are.

They were so friendly and professional. Setting is nice and place looks so pretty. Food was good but not great, but I don’t think this is kind of a place you come for food. Lunch menu options are limited which I like since it is easier to pick. Overall it was such a pleasant experience and I’d love to go back.

Our dinner here was outstanding! We went in for my birthday mid-December and everything from the service to the food to the atmosphere was just amazing. I feel that some of the other reviews are too harsh on the food. Everything we had was well worth the price and cooked to perfection! The quality of the ingredients shone through and we were incredibly impressed by how great even the simpler dishes, such as their burger or the pigs wellington, were. The staff were all unbelievably kind and we even were able to have some tea and play a board game in the library after our meal. Despite it being a bit of a drive, we are already excited to come back and try more of the food!

I was really disappointed by my experience here. I had to wait a very long time at the host stand (even though I had a reservation). The food was bland and, in my opinion, overpriced. While my server was quick and efficient, it took 15 minutes to get my card back after trying to pay. Meanwhile, 4 or 5 staff were wandering around the dining room. Unacceptable for a property which holds itself out to be such a high standard.

Stopped in for lunch on a weekday. Dining room was beautiful and food and cocktails were great. Will definitely be back next time I’m in the area

The hotel and restaurant are beautiful, however, the food was disappointing. Given the reputation of the hotel and prices on the menu, I was expecting much more.
We started with cheese and what they call a cracker. The cracker tasted stale and the presentation was lacking.
First course was okay, but the portions were inconsistent (the risotto was huge in comparison to the beet salad).
Finally, the main course was mediocre. The restaurant claims to have a seasonal menu, but many items offered seem to be just out of season. Also, the first course menu seemed very summer heavy (dining date mid-October) compared to the autumnal dessert menu, all of which felt disconnected.

We had lunch here and the entire experience was fabulous.
Food was delicious, the decor in the garden room was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and prompt.

Me and my Fiance felt like we were treated differently because of our appearance, maybe even our age. Our service was somewhat lacking, although it was not busy at all. The food was way overpriced and portions were too small to be ‘shared’ in the awkward menu format they are intended. I honestly recommend Lucia for anyone in the area dining on a special occasion, it is just as high end and priced similarly with better food and service.
It was not all bad, the atmosphere was outstanding, and the steak was wondering, and also the young woman filling up our was extremely nice and apologetic for our service, her name does not come to mind.

We had lunch there yesterday. We ordered two starters mussels and pea hummus. For main course. Had the steak fritz and my partner had the seafood salad. Our 4 year old had grilled cheese. We each had a glass of wine and the child had a smoothie.
Honestly underwhelmed. Our meals came out before the mussels and pea hummus. My steak was ordered medium rare, it was burnt as were the mushrooms and was way over priced at $45. Partner was not impressed. Having a chef in the family, we expected more from a high end establishment. The favorite dish was the pea hummus, but the shrimp were tasteless. Our child did love the smoothie!
If I had looked at the reviews before we went I’d have gone elsewhere. In my opinion, you need to have a consultant come in and retrain your staff and raise the standard.
