The Seafood Pasta was absolutely outstanding and full of flavor. The shrimp, calamari, and scallops were very fresh and cooked perfectly—nothing was overdone. The white wine, lemon, and garlic aglio e olio sauce was light yet rich in taste, allowing the seafood to shine without being heavy. The balance between the sauce, pasta, and seafood was excellent. Portion size was generous, and presentation was beautiful. Mr. Hüseyin’s hospitality added a personal touch that made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. One of the best seafood pastas I’ve had.

I chose the Chicken Souvlaki, and it exceeded my expectations. The chicken was marinated in fresh herbs and spices and grilled perfectly—very juicy and full of flavor. It was served with creamy tzatziki, a fresh Greek salad, vegetables, and rice, making it a complete and very satisfying meal. Every component on the plate was fresh and well prepared. The dish felt both comforting and high quality at the same time. Mr. Hüseyin personally checked in on us, which really shows how much he cares about guest satisfaction. Highly recommended.

4 of us had dinner out on the patio. Beautiful setting. Our server was attentive and prompt. Food was prepared hot and flavourful. Portions were just right with enough to fill us but not too much to cause waste.

I ordered the Rack of Lamb, and it was truly exceptional. The lamb was marinated perfectly with fresh herbs, giving it a deep and rich flavor, and it was grilled to perfection—tender, juicy, and cooked exactly right. The roasted potatoes were crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the vegetables were fresh and well seasoned, complementing the lamb beautifully. You can tell a lot of care and skill goes into the preparation of this dish. On top of that, Mr. Hüseyin was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was to our satisfaction. This dish alone is worth coming back for.

My wife and I came here for our Anniversary, based on a recommendation from our daughter. Off the beaten path, this restaurant is a hidden gem! It is a quaint and comfortable place, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. We were greeted and seated promptly and had a nice view out the window. We had the date night special and shared calamari and asparagus, along with salmon and pickerel. All the food was excellent, with fresh and tasty ingredients, along with perfect sized portions. Service was great from start to finish. We are very glad we got to have an Anniversary dinner here!

I’ve just discovered this restaurant, what an amazing discovery it was. The owner/chef Hue is amazing. He is friendly, generous and a great cook. I had the chicken souvlaki and I had to order another one for takeout as I would have something to eat the next day. Great atmosphere, excellent service and fair pricing. I strongly recommend this place.

Great dining experience, food was the perfect portions and everyone was satisfied. The owner was very friendly and lovely, had a smile the entire time. Orders were correct & plated nicely.
The beef moussaka was delightful & my father loved the beef and lamb patties. The salad to start was also so nice and refreshing. Hummus and pitas were served to us as well which were so nice. We had also asked to substitute the rice for potatoes and there was no issues with that at all, they were delighted to help. Home made tzaiki and red pepper carrot sauce was great!
You can tell everything is home made in house and is fresh to order, but there wasn’t a crazy wait time. The carrots were perfect on everyone’s dish ! The wine menu was nice as there were not too many options and you could tell the options were hand selected with care.

Take a drive down Lakeshore Road along the lake and you’ll arrive at The Garden Houzz, a charming cottage-style restaurant with a beautiful patio, great food, and good service. The staff, including the owner, are all super friendly. We sat on the patio and were lucky to catch live entertainment by Jan/Blackhat, who had an excellent, soft voice and played great tunes on his guitar—very enjoyable.
We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary warm and toasty pita with excellent hummus, reminding us of how restaurants used to be. It was a delightful touch. I ordered the beef and lamb patties, which came with long-grain rice, roasted carrots, broccoli florets, and two sauces—tzatziki and a carrot/pepper spread. The patties were very tender and the dish was excellent. It also came with a delicious Greek salad. My wife had the vegetable moussaka, which she thoroughly enjoyed.
Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience that we would highly recommend.
