I ordered food on Wed Jan 28th. Waited forever but thats understandable bc they were busy. I just got home to eat and the chicken bites and pizza are way over cooked and dry. The pizza was also not sliced so every piece tears bc apparently it wasn’t cut right not good quality at all.

Ordered at 5:39pm #1662. At 7pm I called twice with a long wait period of time to find out where the order was. The employee that answered asked for my address and said that the order was delivered at the front door while I am here waiting at the door. I let him know the order was not delivered at this address and he said he will call me back. After 30 mins I started calling again to find out what happened to the order and finally when he answered again he had an attitude saying my order was handed to me. So first she delivered to the front door now she handed to me. I asked him what is going to be the solution of my problem and with an stupid attitude he said he was going to refund the money. The money was refund at 7:39pm. Two hours wasted in Domino’s Pizza delivery app.

The store I ordered from was literally 6mins from my house but because of my inability to drive I ordered delivery. Placed my order at 7:30…..7:46 it was ready and quality check was made…..I had to call the store to check on the order and delivery was made an hr later…..pizza was stone cold.

So Im new in town and I ordered a pizza with Fetta cheese and REGULAR MOZZARELLA CHEESE with mushrooms Ive ordered this pizza several times and ive always had both cheese. After calling to complain they thought they had me on hold and some lady was screaming in the background about how I lied here’s pictures to proves theres no mozzarella cheese on my pizza I never write reviews but I wont tolerate disrespect when I didnt do anything wrong. I waited an hour and twenty minutes for this pizza, you think they could have done better than this. This is supposed to be a Deluxe pizza, but it’s far from it. There’s hardly any toppings on it! I asked for it to be ‘well done’, and it was limp and soggy. I watched the tracker, and it showed the pizza as being already delivered, I waited about 15 minutes (past an hour). I called and talked to the manager, he took the delivery charge off the total…Gee thanks dude.

The dominos mobile app was not working for delivery options so I called them and asked them to deliver my pizza but then 2 hours later I’m still waiting for my pizza. I called back and they said it’s still at the store waiting for me lol. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND MORE IMPORTANTLY YOUR TIME.

Pizza was hard and dry. Barely sauce on my pizza. Only 8 pieces of ham on a large pizza.cant follow directions. Going back to Papa John’s because this was my worst experience and I eat dominos at least 3 times a week.
